The Boot and Immune Game - Game 15 (Cyrax Wins)

Last game saw the Emperor Shao Kahn claim a place in the Championship after his victory over Reiko.
This game will shall be played based on an idea by MKKitana which will serve three purposes. Firstly, it will allow those characters who have earnt the right to be in the Championship their final chance at obtaining the spot away from everyone else. Secondly, it will provide an introduction to how the Championship will work. Some will be familiar with the rules. And thirdly, it will give us a break away from the more heated games which we have seen in the last few weeks. Hopefully, this will run a lot more smoothly.
What will follow is a breakdown of how the entrants for this game were chosen and how this game will work.

Boot and Immune Rules - UPDATED Edition
-NEW RULES and INFO -
The Boot and Immune game was the brainchild of blackcyborg and has been continued through the efforts of others, SUCH AS tgrant, LadyRaiden, moosie_fate, Deadboy, MDC86, TheKrypt, RasAlGhul, lnkinprk777, Shinomune, Danadbab, queve, Bloodline66, ~Crow~, MKKitana, Mk_FrEaK and others. (The first thread of this game reached 1498 posts!) Of course it could not last long without everyone taking part. However, there have been a few who have made this game difficult rather than fun either through malice or ignorance.
The following is some ground rules that I hope will help keep this game going and not banned by the gods of MKO. These are not set in stone and could be changed or completely removed depending on feedback. Mainly wrote this so no one can whine "I didn't know."
REGISTRATION
To register to the game, post once here
Myself or Crow will have you registered as soon as possible.
Registration for new participants will not take place during the final round of the game. Anyone registering at that time will have to wait until the new game begins to start playing.
GAME RULES!
1. THIS IS ONLY A GAME! Please repeat as often as needed THIS IS ONLY A GAME!
2. Everyone gets ONE Immune and ONE Boot vote per round.
3. 7 Boot votes removes a character from the game, 7 Immune votes prevents the character from being booted through the existing and following round. After which his/her votes are set to (0,0)
4. DO NOT create/clone multiple accounts/membership/usernames/etc so as to be able to vote more than once. If you are caught you will be ban for the rest of the existing game, and if you are a repeat offender you will be banned permanently. Your name will be seen on the Banned List so that everyone knows whose vote not to count when adding up the votes.
5. Flames are to be kept to a minimum. If your favourite character/fighter has been booted from the game, please refer to Rule #1. However you are allowed to weep and/or cry.
6. Each round will have at least 15 votes. The exception is when there is no one else to vote for or if there is one person left to vote for. This may happen in later rounds where there are fewer fighters to choose from. In the event of one person being left, which will happen if everyone else is Immuned and/or Booted, a new round will start will any Immuned characters having their tally reset to (0,0). The single character will continue with their tally as it was.
ALL votes MUST have an Immune and Boot vote. Any without either of the two will be ignored and not included in the final 15+ votes to be tallied that round. Also, anyone posting the name of a character whom has been booted in previous rounds WILL have their votes ignored also! This would most likely be done purposefully to avoid booting someone else that person likes! Check the list before voting! The exception is if that character was booted earlier in the same round via votes, where we can assume the voter did not check previous posts.
7. DO NOT change your vote after the tally is posted. You are welcome to change your vote during an existing round, but once the round is over it is too late.
8. Team efforts are welcomed.
9. When a character wins, he/she will not be included in the following games until after the Grand Championship.
10. In the event of the final round, the final two characters in the game will have their votes set back to one. This is when you vote for the winner. There is no need to boot anyone. Just post the name of the character you wish to win. The round will last for a full 24 hours and the character with the most votes will be the winner. In the event of a tie, the person doing the tally at the time must announce the tie. They are however, not eligible to vote. The first vote cast after the announcement will decide the winner. The person breaking the tie should not have voted in the final round at all.
11. The game MUST only be updated by players who DO know and FOLLOW these rules. These people have already been chosen, so no one else has need to update the list.
GRAND CHAMPIONSHIP
When there are 16 champions, a Grand Championship between the fighters shall start. The Grand Championship will have basically the same rules as the normal Boot and Immune game. The winner of this game will be given the title of Grand Champion and will sit out of the following games until it comes time to defend his/her title. The others will return to the Boot and Immune game as ordinary fighters. Aside from the first Grand Championship, there will be one returning Grand Champion and 16 challengers to vote for.
Thanks to LadyRaiden, tgrant, Deadboy, danadbab, MKKitana, ~Crow~and others contributions for the above rules and background.
If there is anything about the rules you wish to ask about, contact myself or LadyRaiden. Please do the same if there is anything you wish to add to the rules.

Game 15 Layout
Each round is 12 hours long. Due to the timezone cross, this is long enough for everyone to get in a vote each round.
Round 1 begins with 14 characters.
Round 2 begins: 10 characters to vote for. 2 immuned. 2 booted.
Round 3 begins. 8 characters to vote for. 2 immuned and 4 booted.
Round 4 begins. 6 characters to vote for. 2 immuned. 6 booted.
Round 5 begins. 4 characters to vote for. 2 immuned. 8 booted.
Round 6 begins. 3 characters to vote for. 1 immuned. 10 booted.
Round 7 begins. 2 characters to vote for. 1 immuned. 11 booted.
Final round. 2 characters to vote for. 0 immuned. 12 booted.
Points System
So as to make the Boot and Immune fairer this time round, a new points system has been introduced!
For every immune vote received, the recipeint character wil gain a +1 in their point total. For every Boot vote, the recipient character will gain a -1 in their point total.
This system is to prevent rounds where a character may get the following tally - (14,13) and then be Immuned despite being almost as unpopular as they were popular. It makes sense that a person with the following tally - (9,0) should be Immuned as they did not receive a single Boot vote, rather than Immuning the person with the (14,13) tally as they received Boot votes.
This way, the person(s) with the largest point total at the end of the round will be Immuned, whereas the person(s) with the smallest point total will be Booted!
An example:
End of round 1:
Sonya (14,13)
Kabal (15,8)
Mileena (20,10)
Nightwolf (4,12)
Kitana (0,16)
Points awarded:
Sonya (14,13) +1
Kabal (15,8) +7
Mileena (20,10) +10
Nightwolf (4,12) - 8
Kitana (0,16) - 16
Therefore, Kitana (-16) would be Booted and Mileena (+10) would be Immuned!
In the event of a tie
Should there be a tie for a boot or immune slot at the end of a round, the person with the highest number of boot/immune votes will get the respective slot. For example:
Shang Tsung (7,4) +3
Scorpion (16,10) +6
Jade (7,8) -1
Kitana (13,7) +6
Ermac (13,14) -1
Scorpion and Kitana are tied for the immune position. Jade and Ermac are tied for the boot position. In this scenario, Scorpion would be immuned since he has the most immune votes. Ermac would be booted since he has the most boot votes.
