Out of curiosity, if option B does happen, do we vote for two of the four characters to immune, or just one vote for a character, like the final rounds in the normal games?

No I think its just like the normal game except for the round last 24 hours or after all registered users have voted and in the end the two characters with the most boots out of the 16 or however many remaining get booted same thing with the immune, so we only cast one boot and one immune like always.

Since choice A was kinda my idea, I'm voting in favor of A. I don't see it as a big deal if B gets it, though. However, I do have one concern, and that is, what if we start the Grand Championship before the scheduled server upgrades? I kinda think doing so would cause the server upgrade to disrupt the game a bit.

I'll go option B. It gives me a fair chance to vote in each round.

I don't think we should worry about the site upgrade taking place in a few days, as it shouldn't affect the game too much. It will only be for a few hours or so, and anyone on at that time likely will have the chance to get their votes in later.
However, perhaps we should have a vote on that as well. I don't have a problem with waiting until the 17th if that's how the majority feels.

I'd rather just go ahead and start. Thats the good thing about 24 hour rounds....we don't have to worry if the site is down a couple of hours.

I like the 17th it seems good to have a break from it for a while.

B!
Anything is fine by me. If we start today or the 17th doesn't matter. But i dont think if the server is down a couple of hours will affect the game.
And besides we could add the time that the server is down to the total 24 hours that day. So if the server is down for three hours we get to vote for 27 hours that day.

It sounds like B has won. And the starting now and giving some extra time on Friday seems like the way to go.

As to when to start it, why not wait until the 17. This will help ensure everyone knows that the GC is about to start. Including those who stopped voting either because their fav made it already of through frustration because their fav kept getting booted.
