Wow, that was so mature of you. This is the reason why I lost interest in MKO.

I have warned you previously regarding the use of that term, and now I find myself seeing this same garbage you foolishly continue to type. I don't plan on telling you this again: Do not use offensive terms such as this.
Do it again and I will ban you.

Damn it, I thought the idea of the final round lasting 24 hours was being thrown around so we could all vote and not just the lucky people in one timezone.
Anyways Tgrant if you've got stuff you want to bring up before the next game can you wait 24 hours once it's been posted so everyone can have a say if need be?

Ok, here it goes.
KUNG LAO WINS! Iownakickassrazorbladedhatality!
Always wanted to do that!
Moosie - Don't worry, I want everyones opinion on the issue, so the new game won't start until Saturday. I think there might be a few other things to discuss too, and I'll look into the 24 hour voting rule which you want in.
Unfortuantely, the matter will have to wait until I get home as I'm at school right now and the info to be discussed is at home. Until then.

thats a good idea..there should be no limit to the voting for the last round....last round should last 24 hours then whether there r 4 or 50 votes the round should end and if there is a tie. maybe some 1 whos close to the MODS should ask them to be the tie breaking vote.... good idea moosie fate....also the creator of the thread for that game should change the subject to "final round of boot and immune game come vote now".. or something like that....

I think the 24 hr last round idea is good as I have missed 3 or 4 of the last rounds due to time zone restrictions.

yes, i'm still supporting my 24-hour idea.. hehe. this way, it will lessen the 'luck' factor in the winner because some people in a certain area might tend to go for one guy and they are the ones who are in the 'good' time of the day. so that character will win. if it is 24 hour-long, then eveyone gets a fair shot at the vote.
make sense?
tgrant, shoot.. hehe
saturday? hehe its just less than 2 hours away here... just kidding, i know what you mean.

There were some issues which needed to be discussed and I need everyones opinion on them and I'd like to know if you'd like each thing to happen. Each topic will have a letter next to it. Pleae reply to each part by putting the letter next to it so I can tell what thing your talking about. I'll show you what I mean.
A) The first issue is to do with the final round. Would you like a 24 hr voting system in so that everyone gets to vote?
B)This next idea id from Deadboy. I'll post exactly what he wrote so you can see his idea for yourselves.
To get back to basics, I think every time a character is immuned, he should, in addition to being immuned for the current round and next, need an additional boot vote to be booted, to give extra advantage to popular characters who are immuned a lot. To note this, the character would receive a star next to his name for each additional boot vote.
I don't think the amount of immune votes should go up, as then it's not much of a benefit, becuase it'll still take just as long to immune the character as boot them, so it kinda cancels itself out.
Now, there are noted problems with this... If a character gets immuned a bunch of times, he or she will become nearly impossible to boot. So I was thinking about either, a) capping the amount of stars the character can receive, I was thinking either 3 or 5; or b) When the character count drops to 10 and the immune/boot votes go up to 10, the stars are eliminated, to put the final 10 characters on equal footing.
I almost think we should do both a and b. Capping stars at 5 will give characters an advantage while not getting too outrageous. Eliminating the star system when the game reaches the final 10 will mean popular characters will stand a good chance of surviving the early rounds without getting an unfair advantage when it gets down to business in the final rounds. I think it could add more strategy to the game and really work out well, and help good characters avoid being eliminated just because their supporters had to go get some sleep or go to work, or whatever.
Danadbab: I'm not too sure about your idea. But we'll see.
Now for my answers:
A) I'm fine with 24 hour voting! It'll be fairer that way and everyone will get to vote!
B) I'm liking this idea but it will need to be controlled. Until it can be properly done, it shouldn't be introduced straight away.
The next game will start as soon as I see what everyone thinks of the above.

I have no problem with any of those ideas tgrant...expecially the 24hr voting one, as I am always late lol

Hmmm, this game is getting rather strange with all this rules.
It was so much fun the way it was when it was created. 7 boot and 7 immune votes, no more.
I really dont know how option A will work. I mean, how will we all know the exact time when the game should be updated to end?
Yeah we can all say it will last 24 hours, but then, people will complain the time when the final round ended was not the exact time, and that the X lucky character that won should not had won yet.
A number of vote limits should be available like it was since day 1. IMO, 13 is Ok, even though it was cool with 7.
Option B is way too complicated!!!
I say that this game should no longer be changed. The rules that have been said are fine and they work well in the voting system.

I agree! The game should no longer be changed with so many rules that make it so complicated to play.
The A option I guess its ok, but what virus said up there is true, there will be trouble.
Also, the B option though it sounds interesting and weird, its too complicated! There should only be a number of vote limits, no more. 7 like from the start, 10 when 10 characters are left, and 13 in the last game, no more.

option A I like. I think it will make it much better and allow everyone a chance to get their vote in.
Option B is too complicated, and I think it will confuse people too much.
