The cyborg-smoke is actually pretty beautiful, but i'm all for the hair-model anyway.

I called the idea crap, not the outwork, its done perfectly, but the end result still looks horrible to me because the other smoke looks so beautiful and in that art we go back to the smoke-looks-and-acts like sub-zero days, thats'why I think its crap and hurts my eyes cuz he created the smoke I used to hate, but with very skilled photoshop skills tho.

Dude, this is how Smoke should look.... It makes perfect sense, weren't the younger Sub-Zero and Smoke best friends in the Lin Kuei, they probably shared the same rank and I noticed that both Sub-Zero and Smoke's armor are rather simple compared to the other ninjas that we have in this game. Also, out of all the human ninjas Sub and Smoke are part of the same clan, its completley logical if they both have the same cowl to begin with.

Logical things are boring and worthless in fantasy-based games.

Started Cyber Kratos

The only thing I don't like about Cyber-Kintaro is that he's far too slender for the part. I get that you're working off of the true cyborg renders and they're not exactly bulky, but Kintaro is about nine feet around at the chest, and his arms are thicker than human characters' thighs. I think the cyborg model would have to be tweaked to reflect that. As it stands right now, barring the coloring it looks more like a masculinize Cyborg-Sheeva.

some characters will not look good fully automated...Kratos pic is not my cup of tea. You should have used automated enhancements like Jax's arms or Kano's face patch. what is with using the cyber masks on everyone and everything lol?
