it isn't a portal, it's a bortal, the Bortal is a creation of Vash_15, and if you make it, you can use it however you want(as long as you have the capabilities, otherwise you will have to charge your energy/ lose alot of energy and pass out)

Kham and Rep will be invisible to sneak up and grab his lower arms. i will then telekinetically charge a kick, which, if landed successfully, will knock off his lower arms. once he stumbles back, Vash and Jiro will grab the other arms where we can beat him up senselessly.
