Fighting Styles: Tae Kwon Do, Jeet Kune Do, Hookswords
Description: A former member of the Lin Kuei, Phoenix has the ability to control fire, much like his mentor Sub-Zero has the ability to control ice. Forcefully recruited to be coverted to a cybernetic assassin, he was the last one selected, because as the machine was converting him, his strong will against the conversion destroyed the machine, leaving him with cybernetic enhancments to his senses, and the skin on his chest to a layer of titanium. Now, with the Lin kuei reformed, Phoenix returns to his former mentor, Sub-Zero, to help train the new generation of Lin Kuei warriors.
Special moves:
Homing fireball--Phoenix launches a fireball out of his hand, and circles around the arena seeking out it's target.
Iceball--A trick Phoenix learned from Sub-Zero, he cools his internal temperature enough so his fireball freezes before it is launched, but in the process, loses it's homing ability.
Fatality:
Hooksword Hanging: Phoenix takes his Hookswords, and hangs his enemy by the shoulderblades, and hangs them on the edge on the arena, then proceeds to beat them until they explode, his hookswords fly in the air, and he catches them, and and re-hooks them on his back.
Home level:
Cyber room of the Lin Kuei HQ
Hidden weapon:
Electric Blade--A high-powered blade of pure energy, it does massive amounts of damage, but it is a short-range weapon.
Death Trap:
In the NW corner, there is a pile of live wires that, it knocked into, snare the enemy and in short, roasts the skin off them.
Stage fatalty:
Half-finished pure robots grab the enemy, and start ripping them apart.

SUB-ZERO. My reasons why we booted you was because you didn?t put much effort into it. You even named him sub-zero. We are looking for originality. His outfit was also similar to sub-zeros. Also you didnt use much detail so we didnt really get a good picture of this character. So know you can, if you want, create another character to regain your spot. Thanks for participating IcyPain and thanks for posting your character first. We will later inform you today if phoenix will be replacing any characters from the list. Brodeur has decided he will create a Hall-Of-Fame type of thing for the characters who last here for a pretty long time. Congrats to those who are still in.

I too would've taken out Sub-Zero. Like butterbals mentioned, it wasn't original. The stage, look, moves, and name of Sub-Zero has been done. Looks:Dark purple eyes, If you look closly in them you can see a small storm,When he gets angry his eyed glow,he has dark black mask, he ahs the traditional blue lin kuei outfit bit with lots of dark purple straps,On his fore arm is a large black glove with sharp ice spikes on his elbow,
Black trousers with purple and blue straps,And a ice axe on a strap on his back.

Special Moves: 1.Evil ice blast:Freezes oppenants but dark purple stormy energy surrounds
the oppenant and it damages the oppenant.
2. Super kick: purple energy surrounds icy
pains foot then delivers a devastating
roundhouse kick.

I'm completely lost in this game! lol Which is why I have an idea.

Firstly, Brodeur should change the title of the thread so we can kno when to judge. And secondly, the two people competing should post their characters again so we can access them easily.

Yeah I agree about you title idea to. I also think that the judges should remain in close communication, ALL OF YOU. PM each other often so no one is left out of the loop like tgrant was. Just an idea.

Icy pain Bio:

He was found outside the lin kuei temple when he was a baby by classic sub zero. He pleaded to the grandmaster for him to train the child he found.
sub named the child icy pain sub treated him icypain like a son, Icypains training began when he was 4 sub was very strict on icypain as he wanted him to be the greatest warrier in existance, icypain didn't possess subs kori
powers, But sub zero traind icypain in the ways
of the kori until he possessed basic ice
techniqes. When he was twelve he could defeat
a number of ninjas of the lin kuei,when icy
pain was 13, sub had to attend the mk
tournement so he sent icypain to reach
enlightenment. on his quest icypain defeated many oppenants. When he was 20 he found a dark
forest, He then came across a small house,
a couple of minutes later he was attacked
by a evil witch doctor ,icypain lost the battle
For 5 years the witch doctor poisened his mind
and harnessed icypains evil power and dark kori powers, One day icypain broke free from the doctor and brutaly killed him, Now icypain was
psychotic,powerful and evil, He went in search
of his mentor sub zero. He found out he was killed. This drove icypain over the edge,He went
crazy and killin every decent fighter he found.
He entered the mk tournement to prove to sub he was the greatest warrier ever

Cool. Yeah I understand that not everyone is around all the time ...Kinda makes it hard. I wasn't complaining or anything, just making an observation is all.

Hmmm a dilemma, wat if you all email your opinion to each other to say wat should win then when a judge comes online they give the results from all the judges. well its a poor idea but i dont see
how were gonna pull it off
