I like the colors, I think they make it look great. I like the shadows too, though it doesn't show that much, you can see some shadows here and there and that makes it look great . It gives him a more intense look ; I guess. I like the details too, I think you did a great job with it because you can see a lot of them even those small tiny ones. Anyway overall I think it looks great, you did a great job.

Another excellent edition.
-The skin tone really matches well with the MKD Raiden,
-I think the blue-green bead things around him are a really good touch, and they stand out really well among his otherwise dark tone
-His overall evil look is done perfectly (even though im not sure if hes supposed to be evil, I havent got Deception yet please dont spoil it for me...)
-The only thing that I might have a prob with is that his stance looks a little too...stiff, like he's actually posing for the camera or something.

The connection between his shoulder, pec. and bicep doesn't look right.

Right now, it looks more like the shoulder ball joint for a toy.

I'd look up some anatomy shots for reference.
