You know, despite what the average media/attention whore will tell you, there IS such a thing as bad publicity. Shock is NOT a desirable reaction if you want people on YOUR side.
In fact, sometimes I wonder if that isn't a major reason your cause has so much trouble with the acceptance thing. People might like gay men better if they weren't so garish and flamboyant. For example, I've met like three gay guys before, none of them knew each other or were connected in any way, and yet all three talked with that stereotypical lisp you always see on TV. Why is that? Do you guys do that on purpose? I'm sorry, I have nothing against anyone's actual sexual preference, but I had a hard time being comfortable around those guys simply because it's so obnoxious and I prefer not to make friends with people who have annoying personalities.
Also, nobody likes a canon violation. Scorpion and Sub-Zero just doesn't make sense.

No offense intended, obviously.
And of course Scorpion and Sub-Zero together doesn't make sense; that's the point. The title is "Love is Love", which means that is doesn't matter who you're with, as long as you love that person.
Also, this has nothing to do with MK's storyline; this is about gay rights. Canon issues don't matter.

This reminds me of the time I found out what Yoai was.

I find that Scorpion looks too thin, and his neck's a bit long as well. Otherwise, it's okay. lol, this reminds me of when I put a whole bunch of MK characters into a poster I drew encouraging people to learn French.

Yes, but at the same time I found out about the ultimate...yuri.
BTW Riyakou, smoething that's been bothering me baout your drawings aesthetically is that they're colored in crayon/colored pencil, it's really a turn off

Didn't know I was trying to turn you on.
Anyhoo, I prefer to use basic colored pencils because at the stage I'm in, they're the easiest to use. Also, there are many diferent styles of colored pencils and I intend on using them all, especially the ones involved in fashion design.

Its HIS drawing, it dosen't have to be canon. Also, no, we ALL don't act girly, I'm gay but I'm the toughest son of a bitch you'll ever meet. Let me ask you a question, is all straight guys ignorant? From what I see in this thread they are(except Jerrod). This isen't about your hang-ups, its about rather the picture is drawn well or not.

well this isn't a fan submission. And the concept is part of the art picture. All art has a background of some sort

Gahhh, Scorpion and Sub-Zero have been defiled!
It's kinda funny/creepy to see this...hehe
reminded me of the time a friend of mine wrote a short fan fic of
Kung Lao and Liu Kang in the living forest...NOT COOL!

I don't like the new one. It's just weird aesthetically, as in, once again, your proportions are way off. HAnds are different sizes, their faces look flat and slanted, Sonya's cleavage look EXTREMELY weird, not liking it. 1.5/5
