Serenity takes a step back fearing to be smacked by the breasts of the shokan in front of her.

Khaali remains silent for a moment, starting down at Serenity. She thought the woman was absurdly dressed, but had never pretended to understand other races dress sense.

"Fine. I don't understand why you care for the lives of your enemies so much, and I certainly don't understand why you are so damn friendly to me. But do unto others as others do unto you is a solid means of choosing ones allies. Don't say I did not warn you should these men return and stab you in the back"

The Guardsmen stand up and yell, "We don't know why you spared us but know that we will come back in larger numbers. No one attacks us and lives!" The Guardsmen run through a portal back into Seido. Serenity looks at what just occurred and said, "I hope this won't end badly for us"

Meanwhile, Manu is hiding in the shadows and saw the whole event. "I better tell master." Manu stealthfully sneaks through the crowd and transforms back into Skyward. He sits near Okorik and says, "Master, I'm sorry but I didn't manage to learn anything. The warriors are now suspicious of me but they did attack some Guardsmen that were nearby. The Guardsmen escaped and have most likely informed Hotaru already. By now, more Guardsmen should be nearby." Okorik laughs and says, " I'm saddened that you didn't learn anything new but you did give us vital information. The Guardsmen are now angered at the warriors. Attacking a Guardsmen is a death sentence but all events done just add more black marks on their list of crimes. Now the Guardsmen can identify their new allies. You say the Shokan is unidentifiable so all female Shokan will most likely be killed which can cause chaos and allow us to initiate our plan. Now we watch the Goro and seafood match and then my match against Smoke."

"I am friendly because you have not given me a reason to be unfriendly."

Suddenly the guards get up and leave.

"Well some people are truly ungrateful."

Serenity sighed. "Instead of helping us out it backfired." She begins to chuckle "guess you were technically right Khaali. I would of still spared them though"

Smiling Serenity looked at Khaali and Deon. "Well shall we go back inside to plan out our next move? If that is ok with you of course Khaali"

Khaali smiles, following.

"You need not walk on eggshells with me, human. I do not aim to hinder you at every turn."

The nude Shokan stretches her arms, rubbing at a nasty bruise on her hip. Remembering her last battle, and groaning as she aches. "Perhaps I'm not so spry as I used to be, besides. I haven't lost in single combat since I was a kitten."

Deon smiles, delighted, "Well that worked out for the most part, a pity those warriors of Seido didn't appreciate our efforts..."

Deon looks to the coliseum, "let us aid those we can, our time runs short."

Okorik laughs as he sees the giant lobster be utterly beaten by Prince Goro. The crab claimed in was royalty and would prove itself to the Elder Gods. Goro arrived slightly annoyed by this along with having received some injuries from elsewhere. "You think you ever had a chance against me?!" yelled Goro as he pounded the shell of the crab. As he finished, he tossed the nearly unconscious body of the crab near Shao Kahn. "Bring me a more suitable opponent next time," yelled Goro. Shang Tsung looked at the crab and said, "Goro wins!" The crab was hauled away by Outworlders to somewhere else in the Coliseum. Okorik laughed as he said, "I never expected much from that crab but at least I got a laugh. Now I'll face Smoke if nothing else bothers me." Just as he finished, Shang Tsung yelled, "It seems we have a new challenger. The winner of this match will challenge Smoke. Arise Okorik and Manu!" Okorik is surprised it came so soon but he turned to Skyward and said, "Looks like Manu will be gone. Remember the act in order to guilt trip the warriors." Skyward understood and morphed into Manu and went to one side of the Coliseum while Okorik went into the other. As Okorik walked down the stairs, he encountered the Group of warriors and chuckled, "Well now, fancy meeting you people once again."

(@ lurker try not to control any person's character you could of said that Krustacean's match was postponed until later instead of him getting beaten up.)


Serenity, Deon, and Khaali walk inside the coliseum to see the chattering warrior and Okorik preparing to fight.

"Let's see how this one goes. I'm curious to see this 'warrior' fairs."

Okorik laughs as he faces Manu. "I killed your family and now you will join them." "I'm glad the crab match was postponed so we could have our match much earlier. I will avenge my family and ensure your evil ends now!" Okorik laughs since he knows he'll win this match like he hoped the crab's match will end badly but is now postponed. "Let us see who is the better warrior" The two then walk into the arena of the Coliseum.

Serenity waits to see who draws the first punch. "I think this Manu warrior is working for Okorik. What do you guys think?"



well were in the middle of MK 2 tournament.

Okorik is a bad guy whose join the forces of the neatherrealm, chaosrealm, and orderrealm and is going to destroy earthrealm.

Serenity, Deon, Marek (but spider804 hasnt been on for a while), and khaali are companions to try to stop it.

Krustacean will be back with you guys as soon as I figure out how his match with Goro is going to go down. Don't really want to get my ass kicked, but definitely don't want to fall into Mary-Sue territory.

Deon ponders her question, "I'm not quite sure, but his presence seemed far too perfect, he just happens to know all about us and our so called dealings with Okorik... everything about him is repulsive to my senses and not to mention, Okorik's little pet can morph into any being."

Deon steps forward and glances around the stadium, " Regardless, we should be careful of whom we let into our good graces".


Deon notices a man garbed in purple. gold and black assassin gear and a veil walking towards the group.

Where is the majority of it currently taking place? I've been reading through a little and haven't seen the location, maybe I missed it, but... You know.

Okorik and Manu face each other in the arena, both looking at each other with disdain as the spectators cheer Okorik's name. Okorik removes the 3 finch headbands from the Finch ambush from his pocket and places them on his arms and belt while proclaiming, "Just as these trophies prove my victory over the Order of the Finch, so to shall I claim a part of you as a trophy!" Manu replies, "You'll never get the chance for I shall claim your head as a trophy to avenge my family and all the people you have killed!" Okorik unsheathes his white and black katana while Manu unsheathes his shining, silver scabbard. Shao Kahn says, "Combatants, FIGHT!" Okorik and Manu rush at each other and clash blades, the crowds cheering on.

(You should.... No, I'm kidding.... Sort of. .... As for the coliseum: Is it in Outworld? Or... ? Either way, Annette has entered the building)

Her troubles with Mileena currently on hold, Annette has found a rare moment of control in the endless chaos of her journey so far. Having awoken in the night surrounded by sleeping Tarkatan rebels, she took her chance and fled. Having no particular direction, running desperately through gates, portals, anything that resembled the one that brought her to Outworld, she was not entirely certain where she'd ended up, if it was even the same realm, or how she would find her way home. Being trapped within her own mind, cut off from her senses, she had no understanding of the worlds she'd inhabited for the last several weeks.

Needing rest, she stumbled into the shadows of a nearby structure, some sort of arena. She took refuge in it's darkest corners, lying in wait until she was prepared to carry on. Occasionally, she'd recognize a vaguely familiar face from before she lost her body, though she did not rise to meet them, instead choosing only to watch from afar.

(Just waiting around until I see some way to work her in to the general goings on....)

"Postponed eh? I wonder if Prince Goro was afraid of battling the lord of moonlantis, perhaps he ran in fear." She giggles.

Khaali lurks, arms folded, to watch the ongoing battle, her attention wavering.

(A scabbard is a sword sheath, by the way. So unsheathing a sheath makes little sense.)

"Yes, the king of moonlantis is quite fearsome!" Serenity begins to giggle along Khaali.

"Wait.. If Okorik is here, there is no one with the forces of chaosrealm and orderrealm. Deon, this might be our only chance to clear our good names! what do you think?"

As Manu continued to clash his saber against Okorik's katana, Okorik counters a dodge and slices both of Manu's arms down to the bone. As he screams, drops his saber, and has shining red blood cover his arms. Okorik says, "I cut the arteries in your arms. Continue to move and you will eventually bleed out. I hear it's quite painful to even exist when that happens. Stand still and allow me to decapitate you and I will ensure it will be painless." Manu looks enraged and yells, "I'll never submit! All those people you killed along with my family will never submit! Even if it kills me, I'll make sure you never survive this fight!" Manu drops his saber and pounces on Okorik, beating him for as hard as possible. Despite the pounding, Okorik thinks to himself, "Skyward is a really good actor. This seems like an actual vengeance seeking boy. I may have him do more in the future but for now I believe those warriors are trying to once again turn Chaosrealm and Seido against the Netherrealm. I expected this and hope that hatchling disguised as one of the spectators is spying on them. Killing the real owner now makes the hatchling undistinguishable from the real one so if they attack it, it will bring the wrath of the entire Coliseum among them. As for the 2 realms, Quan Chi has already brought Scorpion to Chaosrealm and Noob Saibot to Seido, along with a battalion of Netherrealm demons to ensure protection and as reinforcements. Attacking the Guardsmen would normally ensure a death penalty in Seido but all their crimes will ensure the Guardsmen will be too stubborn to listen to the warriors while the Netherrealm is in good graces with Havik and Chaosrealm so I doubt they would turn against me. I will laugh at how much the warriors will be attacked if they try to turn either against Netherrealm." Just as finished his thoughts, he kicked Manu off him. "Impressive display of strength. It is such a shame I didn't realize what a good addition to the Netherrealm you would have made." Okorik prepared his katana to strike again.

The hatchling walked among the crowd, undetected by the walking denizens of the Coliseum. He walked with a crowd and spied on the warriors from within.

As Okorik watched thorough the hatchling while fighting, he wondered, "Why aren't they doing anything?"
