I would tone the colors down a bit. It's too bright, it's hard to see what is happening in that picture.

at 1 point it was fine then i just couldnt stop my self

and also does anyone know a way to save a sig so it looks exactly the way it looked when i finished making it in gimp. when i save it to jpg it seems to lose quality and its noticeable. and i set the quality to 100 percent when saving as jpg but i still lose quality

Can you save it as PNG? Thats what I do when I want good quality. Then again, I use photoshop. Maybe the same goes for GIMP i dunno. I would try at least.
