Man, that's just awesome. He looks great. The only problem I found is his left arm, it looks like it's broken. You did a fantastic job with the pencil coloring. My pencil coloring doesn't get near to yours.

Shweet, your coloring pencil skills are above all else, though the yellow tinting bellow his eye looks a little rushed. I dont really like the long face on him, though it was done great. His arm does look broken, but its not why you think... it looks like you were trying to give him a mini Hulk Hogan flex, but you didnt add enough definition in the elbow, oh and i like the "font" you used to write Quan Chi.

Good job. It looks really good. If I could give any input it would be next time make him look even more sinister!

Basically what Acj mentioned. And you should of made Quan Chi's face look more "fierce", like it normally is.

Awesome drawing, The left forearm is bent back and looks wrong. I see what you were trying to do with it.

The problem is that the elbow should be pointing way from his body, not to his back.

If it wasn't for the arm, I'd say it was perfect.

The coloring is OK, I would say to try and blend it some more. I see a lot of pencil marks instead of smooth gradations. It's easy to fix though.
