every aspect of this picture is great. from the frieza looking helmet, to the quilted cape; this is an awe inspiring concept. the only problem i have noticed with some of your work is that certain body parts look like they've been given cow steroids (the legs in this pic). when a leg is as massave as a waste, there's a proportional problem...but god, aside from that, this is among the most original but intact designs i have yet to see here.

This picture is OUTSTANDING. It's a magnificent piece of art-work. Actually it is probably the best drawing I've seen yet on this website. Briliant. I don't know how you manage to get the idea of this but wherever you got it you need to get some more. I'm an artist and I don't even think I can compare to such creations. 5/5!!!

The actual drawing style is spot on, but the hat thing ruined it for me. I can't image him as a Lord, either. Since I usually grade on skill rather than design, I suppose you'll get a 4.5/5 from me.
