It's not a bad picture. It's just really odd. It seems that you strarted out with a drawing of a person, and before you were done with it you came to the conclusion that the figure shared some sort of resemblance with shinnok., but it barely does.......


Plus, the lantern (or whatever it is) in the backround is really odd. If you are trying to draw perspective drawing with a backround, complete it.

It's a weapon. This was really just me "doodling", which is why that and the small Shinnok are also in the picture. Also, Shinnok was old in MK:M. =\

This is the MK equivalence of the "Native American" crying over littering commercial from the 70s. I put Native American in quotes because the actor in that commercial is not a Native American.
