This fake has an edited version of the Desert Arena from UMK3, and is Sub-Zero vs. Reptile(if you didn't already know who the other guys was)
That blue stuff on Reptile is Ice
I hope you like this one....

Oh my... Even I could do better. There is nothing special about this. The life bars are not placed properly, you messed up the reptile sprite with that blue "stuff", you made the sky... Ummm... Ugly? And on top of that, you just changed the color of the background.
Uh... I'm sorry I said all that rubbish, but it's the truth. The Image is not worth viewing, I'm afraid. Do better next time ...!!!

Okay, I'll try harder, can't really do much with just paint!

Oh yes you can. You really really can.
- The background isn't icy at all, it's just the original inverted, which doesn't make it look like ice, but rather colours that don't really go together, especially the floor.
- Because the sky obviously went pear shaped from the inverting of the colour, you replaced it all with one colour, which is a terrible choice. And with the conversion to jpg, it makes it look even worse.
- The "Ice" on reptile is terrible, even with Paint you can do better. Incorporate light blues and dark blues, make a mixture, and leave some pixels as Reptile, it gives the illusion of transparency.
- Lifebars. There are no names in them, and no win marks/texts are present. And of course, their position is off because of this.
- If Reptile has been frozen, then it makes no sense that he is firing another round of ice to freeze him again.
- You have a very small transparency on the fatality text.
- Screen has not gone dark for a fatality - and you can do that in Paint. For my first set of animations, I sure did
I can't really write any good things - not trying to put you down, but I mean everything in there is just okay, nothing stands out as such.
If you want to do colour effects to a better level, such as pallete swapping the background to look like ice, then I seriously recommend getting a better program, but until then, don't try anything too major with colour swapping etc. It can be done, but just takes time. You can do ALOT of things with paint
Keep working, and try to put detail into everything that you paste onto the background.
I also recommend you look at some of DRFATALITY's fakes.
His older ones are really terrible, but his newer ones are quite respectable, do a search for them in the fan art section.
His are ALL done in Paint.
Like I said, just keep at them, and by looking at others as well, you will improve

Don't give up man... just don't post any more of them =P not until you get weeely, weeely good at them.
Paint can yield many wonderful creations, its not impossible. It may take more time and patience that other programs, but its possible to produce quality fakes with Paint alone.
Anyway, the 'ice desert' looks more like a beach to me. You have to do editing to achieve the 'icy' look you want, not just invert. Due to the solid color you used, the BG blends with Sub-Zero's lifebar. The lifebars themselves are no doubt out of place.
Like was said, just use more colors for the ice on Reptile. Paint has the power, so don't worry about that. The fatality text really shouldn't be appearing yet I guess, since Sub-Zero is still active and doing something. Though, I'm not sure what exactly. No win tokens, no shadows... but don't worry about the little details for now.
I read in your other fake post, that you spent just 20 minutes on it. Its impossible to produce anything of quality within that time. A solid fake requires at least a few days, even longer. Experiment with Paint a little, give it a chance, you'll see you can do much more than you think with it.

Two simple words: It sucks.
What the hell is the fatality? HUH? Whatever it is, it's crap. You totally fucked up the stage, worse than a retard could ever have dreamed of doing. You put the FATALITY word while the "fatality" is being performed when it's supposed to show up after. You don't have a timer, character names, wins, or even the dragon icons to symbolize the two rounds Sub-Zero was supposed to win. What the hell is that blue crap you smudged on Reptile's sprite? This is a disgusting fake.
