5 Points from me!

I'm not really a fan. some of it is decent, but it's filters. the top is out of place, the middle is a copy and paste from one side to the other (besides the angles on lightning). the bottom is nice but it's a fake of it's own. don't try smashing 3 fakes into one without a good flow between them or it looks too cluttered. 2/5 top 3/5 middle 4/5 bottom. the water looks decent. your title was enough of an ego trip to make me give you a 0 but I'll vote fairly lol.

Regardless, I believe you're relying too heavily on effects and somewhat abandoning the overall fitting or working of things (I'm looking at the falling symbols in the background, specifically). 6 / 10

Eh, 2/5. Like what's said above there is too much use of effects to the point it looks almost silly. I'm also not keen on the fact you used DA Jax in conjuction with the MK3 sprites.

This is a cool fake though,love how its the Matrix.

I think i'm gonna upgrade this concept once more since I've learned a few more tricks that can make this even better.

Very, very nice. It's awesome, but I kinda think it's a little overdone. There's just too much on the page in some regards. But still, it is amazing. 5/5.

That said, how did you create the rain? I want to include a rainstorm in my comic eventually, and your's looks very nice.
