He never "officially" left but I havent heard from him in a while. Late last year he used to come on every now and then, but I dont think he comes at all anymore.

Ok. I don't talk here much anymore since I'm really starting to not like MK anymore but I still love art. To the fake:

Background: Nice sky color. Lava isn't moving realistic. There are some mountains that are more "jaggy" than others. The texture of the mountain is aight...I guess.

Characters: Kung Lao...copy and paste = 0. Shang...copy and paste = 0. You get some credit for the blood and that's it. Other than that, eh.

Effects: The "wind" from the hat is aight. Nothing realistic in my opinion but its ok. Well, there's really not that much more effects in here.

Others: I see how you made it seem that the sprites are smooth (and background) with the blue outline, good job tricking those people that don't have that, what I call "pixel eye" where you can see an image by its pixels...every one. Uh, I guess that's it.

I give this a 3/10. I stated everything I needed to state for the fake itself. Bad way to go into '06 if ya ask me, but that's my opinion.


It's nice to see a intelligent...eh semi intelligent convo in this thread. For people that think they know how and/or why Veno, MKR, and myself (whenever I get a chance) rate the way we do is because we just try to help. In the past I stated some things about I don't care anymore (because really, I don't) and I just said the number, well that's because there are different ways to push a person. Some people need just a little and some need alot (I hope you can comprehend on what I'm referring to...). I just help a little because frankly, I don't have time. Time is not a friend of mine. I'm doing this post 3 am since I can't go to sleep.

Anyways, I just push a little that gets you annoyed but HOPEFULLY you can THINK on your own and find your OWN mistakes. That's just me though, I just want people to be more independent when finding themselves.

Don't think that Veno, and MKR don't ask people for their opinons on fakes before its even done. They both ask me (whenever they get a chance to) about how something looks before they finish a fake. If you think that UR gets it bad, then you really have no idea how bad we can get with a fake. I'll give an example (not telling you the sprite just for the reason he may not want it known). MKR showed me a sprite of his just like 2 weeks ago or something. He asked me how it looks and he only had the torso done. There were so many flaws in that thing that I knew he already knew but still stated it and others like "The chest isn't positioned properly" or "The lighting on this side of the torso is wrong" or "The head looks weird and small" or "It doesn't really look like him/her at all". It goes deeper than that if we have enough time to talk. Even though its harder to spot things with them, its easier to tell them what to fix since they already know. That was just to give some of you guys some insight.
