Kenshi is guarding the great dragon egg (instead of Blaze) from Mavado. He's using his telekinetic powers to control the stone teeth and use them as weapons.

It's a pretty good job, Ryu, but the sprites and background don't mix too well.

The sprites are very smooth and realistically shaded (did you rip actual models? I don't have anything against it really, I'm just curious) while everything in the background has an outline and is shaded more artistically. This gives the background a less realistic feel (I hate outlines )

The background itself is very cool, albeit a little tight feeling. It looks like there is only about a 15' section to fight in instead of an entire arena. The Dragon Egg is even cool looking. It'd be nice if it gave off some ambient light however.

The background gets a 4.5/5 (I'm knocking off a little for the jagged edges on the spikes from the ceiling.

The sprites are perfect (hard to mess up ifyou did cut them out).

But mixing the two together brings this down to a 4/5 for me.

I was talking about the creation of the picture, rather than any story.

The center platform looks out of place, it doesn't match with the rest of the room.

I'd change the colors on it, and lighting.

um......what's special about this pic. He just copied and pasted those fighters from the mkda render. Plus, the background aint that fantastic....looks kinda bland and uninspiring
