Can anyone tell me the first magazine and issue Mortal Kombat was first mentioned?

And which issue of GamePro featured Christopher Lambert in an interview about the first MK movie?

I found Mk mentioned in GamePro November 1992 #40's Hot at the Arcades section but I'm suspecting GameInformer may have mentioned it earler.
