I said it once and I'll say it again.....CI and animation is good in small doses or in its place. But for a full-length MK movie or even a TV series, rather have real actors and save the computer animation for the special effects.

I like animation; computer and hand-drawn. But I personally prefer real life actors for action movies. Yes Final Fantasy the Spirits Within looked great but it was BORING! This is from someone who has played that particular series from the beginning including FFXI. Once in a while and animated action movie will come out and will be good, but this is rare since we are not seeing 'real' people fighting.

Now I'm not saying it isn't possible to have a good animation action show (love Gargoyles, Full Metal Alchemist, etc) but rather watch animation on TV rather than in the theatre.

in my opinion MK:D intro CG figth are bad.
the figth from the spot baraka and millena is a litle beter.
so if the movies was like that, it will suck
but if the cg figth loks like the new final fantasy movie, that will see fantastic

Thats an iteresting idea but the reson people go see movies is because
they have real people we could watch conputer generated movies about Mk
all day long off the game.

I just want anything. I think if there were an animated anything it should be a TV show or DVD. A feature Film I'm gonna wanna see real people, but I want them to do it right or not at all because MK A blew chunks. Bad script bad acting and TOO MANY Characters thrown in with NO story.

Thiey might also wanna consider the Direct to DVD movie.........

I'd like it in 3D, way better. Among other things, I've heard about 2 weeks ago, that there totally skipping MK: Anhilation, and picking up after the first movie.
