are you talking about MK Anhailation? that's old man! but that's true, there will never be a perfect video game movie or vice versa.

super mario movie, I think they already did that im not sure though.

They did do a Super Mario Bros. movie. Samantha Manthis was princess toadstool.

Actually, That wasn't Toadstool/Peach. It was Princess Daisy...I think if they actually tried and they could make a decent MK movie. MK1 movie was good IMO. I found nothing wrong with it...

there can be good video game to movie adaptations, just like all the comic book to movie adaptations that have been happening here lately, if the people producing the film take care of the original story and characters..........then the film should turn out good. Tomb Raider was a great video game to movie adaptation....and Angelina Jolie did Lara Croft perfect. MK1 was excellent.....they did their homework and studied each and every character and found the best for each one.....Chris Lambert was the absolute best choice for Raiden.....Robin Shou was the absolute best choice for Liu Kang......etc....so on and so on.... the next film of MK can be good if they just dont butcher the story....keep it real to its roots and make sure all the actors perfectly fit their characters that way people arent sayying......."man....this guy should've played (such and such)....". They did it once.....and Threshold is very fond of MK and went under legal issues with New Line because of how much they wanted MK2 to be great and it was ruined.......they care about MK....we couldnt have a better company producing this film.....I am very faithful and have no worries with Threshold taking care of the film......peace
