More information from Chris Casamassa.
6:46 AM MST - Shinnokxz

Johan Aders recently forwarded me an E-mail that Chris Casamassa sent him him via his confirmed Red Dragon Karate Dojo page. Chris had this to say:

Yes, it will be made this year [2005]. They tell me it is a go.

This is especially promising to me because I was in fear of Threshold not thinking MK3 would be a liable product financially, thus their being passive about putting it out.

Chris Casamassa played as Scorpion in the first MK movie, as well as the same role in Mortal Kombat Conquest. As always, thanks Johan for the lead!

Bro... ya know, thanks and all...I mean it is news, and it's always nice hearing from the Red Dragon himself... but Chris has said this a million times already. Doesn't he get tired of confirming MK to be filmed ''this year''?

Like I mentioned at the end of the update on the site, I keep on getting mass quanties of people forwarding me E-mails from Chris regarding this.

I figured it wouldn't hurt to update, considering the masses of people IMing me daily asking if there's any news.

It'll be great if MK:Devastation came out this year, on the 10th anniversary of the first MK movie. But if they're still in pre-production(if that's what Chris is talking about), then it doesn't look likely.

Oh yeah, Shinnokxz, how did 2004 start over again? I really don't want to wait another 10 months to play MK Deception. wink j/k
