Right? The longer its takes for this to get done, the longer it will be, until we get a 3rd movie. Pretty sure, every one wants a new movie instead of this, 5-7 mins episode ****. There's a better chance at the Rapture happening than a new MK movie ever coming out.

I'm sure Season 2 will have more than 5-7 minutes because Season 1 proved to WB that it will be a hit; therefore there will be a bigger budget and more time to film and do shit.

You know what they should do. Make it between, 15-20 mins long and air it on the CW right after Arrow.

It has already been confirmed that the show will get a budget increase, with more special effects.
I just hope that they improve the fighting coreopgraphy, with longer and more brutal fights and way less jumps, stunts, rolls, etc.

Also it seems that Dan Southworth has been cast in a role for MK legacy Season 2: https://www.facebook.com/OfficialDanSouthworth/posts/135339723283630

Also there's this "clue": https://twitter.com/dan_southworth/status/265599392097136640

Either he's Kenshi or Kung Lao but who knows?

It's also worth noting that Jon Lee Brody auditioned for Kenshi:

I'm glad to see ASIAN people actually playing the parts of some of these characters rather than white people like that fugly-assed MK3 Sub-Zero actor, John Turk.

Well,Subbie brothers are half-Chinese and half-Americans,so Kuai Liang being white is not exactly offensive, especially since he has features of white guy in Deadly Alliance as well.

I just wish Kuai Liang could be portrayed by Scott Adkins...If not for Legacy season 2, then at least for the movie.

I'll bet that Dan Southworth got the role of Kenshi.
He just looks quite a bit like Kenshi's old appearance. Especially the jaw.
I'm probably far over-analyzing, though.

Jon Lee Brody doesn't look bad for the part either, but he looks more like how I would imagine Kung Lao to appear.

Very interesting. Thanks for sharing.

Lets say, they do start Filming Nov 28th( in two days from now) for the second season of, MKL. That means, depending on how many episodes there will be. This second season, probably wont come out til, March or April of, next year. And if they are waiting to see how that season does, til they start production(filming) on the new movie. That probably won't happen somewhere between, July-Nov of next year. Which means. We probably won't get a new MK movie until, somewhere in 2014. At the earliest.
