Mortal Kombat II is fast approaching and to promote the upcoming live-action movie sequel, Warner Bros has released new official high quality images showcasing the latest chapter in the war between old rivals and a closer look at a newcomer to the film series. Take a look:

Bloody Disgusting has the action shot giving us a closer look at Scorpion (Hiroyuki Sanada) as he contends with Noob Saibot (Joe Taslim) and one of his shadow clones, while Fandango offered a toothy close-up for Tarkatan warrior Baraka via a recent post to X (formerly Twitter).
