http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9_MqZn7E-mk its completely different then what we are use to, but damn its pretty awesome. The cage and baraka fight was pretty cool to and I thought micheal jai white did a good job as jax. This 8 mins was way better then the hour and a half garbage we had to sit through of the second mk movie. Anyways, I personally could buy this as a new mk movie and i really did enjoy the feel to it. I guess what I didn't like but didn't bother me was, reptile isn't reptile from the games and neither was baraka but I bought into anyway and had fun watching it, after all, isn't the all that matters at the end that you were entertained and had fun with it? Would be cool to see this made into a new MK movie, even though I bet fans will nic pick at this anyways just cause they didn't get the movie they wanted, I personally just want something better then nothing and this is cooler then anything I have seen for MK in a really long time.

Whatever this is, I hope it turns into something that's actually a feature length movie. I'd love to see it.
I love the look of the film. Cage vs Baraka was amazing.. and I think Jax and Sonya are perfectly cast..
This has to be for the next game however, unless The Threshold were further along in their plans than they let on. We NEED Michael Jai White as Jax!!!

No thats Laqeef something, he was the capoeira dude from Tony Ja's - Tom Yum Goong (The Protector in US.)
But this film looks fucking amazing, with scorpion and sub-zero as the center of the storyline.. I CANNOT WAIT! I actually like the new approach, has less cheesyness involved with it. Maybe thats why they got rid of Cage? No room for comic relief in this film..

This is from Ed Glazer's facebook..
"Okay, here's the deal. That Mortal Kombat video is a proof of concept -- basically a movie pitch -- from the mind of Larnell Stovall. Stovall is a fight choreographer and was part of the stunt team for "Black Dynamite", which probably explains the Michael Jai White connection. Bam."

Whatever this is, I hope we get to watch this on tv as a extra thing hidden in the game or something. I have already watched this like 10 times already today, at any rate, I am shocked in a way to how much attention it has got all over the internet, WB come on, get that movie going already lol.

My bro just sent this to me. I honestly thought it was going to be something stupid, but man...that was awesome! Edit: I got an image of Sub-Zero from the film. I think it's creepy as hell looking. I don't know im allowed to post an img link to my photobucket. I have read the policy but i dont recall seeing anything about that. If there is just let me know and I will kindly remove it

Ah. I've seen him before in various things. Pretty neat.
Anyhoo... we should keep this topic to one thread.
