i've talked with Mink trough MySpace:following some rumors onthe net Midway fired him and was looking for a new director,instead mink himself told to me he was still hired from Midway/Treshold or whoever is making this movie.

MKA stuck to the MK3/UMK3/MKT Storyline except the Shinnok,Raiden and Kahn story line.
