He is white, in all the games except the second one, he is protrayed as a white guy, without his mask.

Also in the movies he is white and yes in the tv show he was.

But saying this, we all know the games, movies and show isnt accurate, so we have to go by what the writter say, he would appear to be half asian and half white. HOWEVER he is a Cryomancer, so they dont have "chinese" and "americans" they are just one race and as far as that goes, he has always been shown to be white *kinda pale* and with dark hair, so perhaps thats what Cryomancers look like. Also Frost is pale too, so thats anothe indication their race is white.

Dude who cares what sub-zero is? But the true story is he is cryomancer. In the original game and series he was asian. Did you see the ending of MK2? Keith Cooke Hirabayashi is half white and Japanese. So anyways Sub has dark hair and dark eyes, before he found the dragon medal.
