This was a main complaint on day 1 that resulted in some rewards in the game. I also think that not many people have consumables at the start of the game nor know how to play any characters so the medium difficulty might be based on if you had konsumables. The progression system is fine and people need to learn how to accept that games used to be very difficult and adapt again instead of these pay to win games that have been plaguing the future of gaming. Grind story mode and krypt in the mean time.

As a matter of fact. Everything about this game is rediculous hard. Even the tutorial when you get mid way into it. Buttons never register right. Ridiculous amounts of buttons. Shall i go on?

The ToT aren't terribly difficult now. Keep playing and unlocking chests in the Krypt, you'll stock up on konsumables and there are a good number of them that completely trivialize fights.

It's very easy if you use konsumables that stun him.

Its manageable if you use the right consumables. I used Etheral Armor and Cyrax's modifier to beat him, though I think it would've been easier if I used other consumables.

The Towers of Time can be 90% beaten by the AI Fighter. Any fight that seems too hard I use the Hydro Wave and Takeda Kunai to push back and do massive damage. I still have not done the tutorial. I can not get the flawless block timing quick enough.

think mk11 is just fantastic and they did a greaaat job on this. I PLAY 10 hours a day at the moment, can't believe it myself

As you're climbing up the ranks of ToT from the deep depths of your mother's basement, some people are working full time jobs and support a family. Not everyone has the time and patience to progress through the difficulties of the ToT as a casual gamer.

I sure as hell would rather spend the very few hours I have in my day, getting my ass kicked online than spending hours practicing the same combos from a limited combat system.

I am also working dude. Haven't junked a game like this for many many many years.... I do really enjoy it. And once u get comfy with 1 char +using a proper set of konsumables it gets really easy.

The gauntlet though can get reaallyyy hard at times. I only sleep 4 hours daily at the moment, haha.

But I see your point / frustration.. Anyway, I'd rather play than sitting there watching AI play. But that's a taste thing I guess

The Gauntlet is just stupid. I can't pass Fatal Mistake - Stage 14. I can't even pass Jade as my first fight. She always has the Fatal Blow Enabled and is spamming. If you block high she hits you with a low and then FB. SO STUPID. I used consumables to ease, but you have to kill with a FB, so it's near impossible.

Just ignore the gauntlet....that's what I did when i got stuck. I feel like the whole thing just involves luck and having the right consumable on deck...which isnt fun.

They get pretty difficult at times, but overall, I'm having a lot of fun with this mode. I've beaten well over 100 towers on it now.

The difficulty is definitely significantly reduced, however there are still the odd towers that, despite being "medium" are astronomically difficult and completely unbeatable without konsumables. Pretty frustrating, but not something I encounter too often.
