Sektor:
-Ground Missile. using the green coded teleport technology to appear under the opponent for a popup. Could also be adjusted like the upmissiles. EX would have to work similar to scorpions hellfire, perhaps just an explosion out of his chest into the ground much like the end of the 1,2,2 string. Or maybe just the flamethrower into the ground.
Scorpion:
-Air spear. Enough said. hit them, they hit the ground, dragged to scorpion for a free hit.
Subzero:
-interaction with the ice clone. Say you lay down a clone. hitting the ice clone should launch it towards the opponent, or grabbing it, he would grab it and whip it towards them, maybe to the air for AA.
Sonya:
-Bicycle Kick. Shoulda had it all along

-A new air control scheme. Much like mvc3, free movement using stick or pad instead of dashes that do nothing.

If anybody gets hit by Kung's spin. its because they jumped in carelessly, don't know the 2,3 mixup, or used a move unsafely. Either way, Onus is usually on the receiving end. I rarely see it hit during pro matches because people know better. Respect it and you likely wont be hit by it. Hes not OP or broken. Easier to chain hard tactics with, alot easier. But not anythign that cannot be beaten. Digimon just beat a Kung Lao in a pro tourney scene today on a char auction match with Sheeva. Why? because he respected the moves and worked around them. With a chunk of luck on the last tele-stomp. hahaha

Give Ermac the Dive kick he had in MK Deception.

^^ took the words right from my mouth, regarding Jade atleast but i agree with what everyone is saying about Sonya's bicycle kick and kano's eye laser.
I know there are a lot of teleport moves this time around but Jade could greatly use her old teleport move, I feel that would at least kind of balance her out more .

(Just for all you people saying stuff about Subby's ground freeze, his EX ground freeze reaches full-screen and is unblockable. Try throwing it in once or twice against a turtling opponent)
Replace Cyber Sub-Zero's Cyrax teleport with his MK vs. DCU tombstone teleport. (this teleport is used in Cyber Subby's tag out animation)
Modify Cyber Sub's Medium Range Ice Bomb to D, F, 3. Instead of F, F, 3. It really kills his pressure game because he can't use his 3, 3, 2 mixup combo after a forward dash.
Modify Sub-Zero's Ground Freeze to have less startup frames. (Just so it wouldn't be so useless vs. a simple throw)
Modify Sub-Zero's EX Ground Freeze to have as many startup frames as an EX Ice Ball.
Modify Quan Chi's Teleport Stomp to be have the same on-hit animation as his EX Teleport Stomp, but have no damage difference to his current un-EX'ed Tele-Stomp. And Modify his EX Tele-Stomp on-hit animation to have the same stomping animation as his MK: Armageddon Teleport Stomp.
(So his Tele-Stomp won't be as lame in comparison to his Tele-Stomp in MK4 and MK:A)
Give Baraka a low hit variant of his projectile.

Mleena slips through the floor similar to the way she does in her teleport kick. However she merely appears behind the opponent. Could be used to catch the oppponent off guard who's expecting a teleport kick.
Enhanced version (Psycho Dance) is armoured whilst she's teleporting and re-appearing.

Similar to her previous teleport, but with a quicker teleport animation (one spin then teleport) and the ability to do the move in the air.
The enhanced version (Deadly Dust) follows through with an upwards version of her classic fan swipe from MK2. Does 9% damage.

(Dodging Shadows)
Jade quicky twirls her staff in a clockwise manner as she dissapears in a burst of green smoke before re-appearing behind her opponent.
The enhanced version (Green Rush) is armoured in it's initial animation and functions similar to her Shadow Glow as projectiles can phase through her as she teleports.
Scorpion:
(Doom Chain)
Scorpion ducks whilst spinning his chains forward in a double circular clockwise motion, functioning as a whipping action that works as a popup if the opponent is grounded or an anti-air if the opponent is jumping. Does 8% damage.
The enhanced version (Death Chains) lights the chains on fire, is slightly quicker and strikes another two times but with slightly slower recovery. Does 12% damage.
Sub-Zero:
(Cold Spike)
A pop up attack where an icicle errupts from beneath the opponent and knocks them into the air, can be blocked from a crouch block. Functions *slightly* quicker than the ice ball move but can be dodged with a well timed jump. Does 6% damage.
Enhanced version (Frosty Pain) summons a further two frozen stalagmites that function similar to Shang Tsung's enhanced upwards fireball and does 10% damage.
Reptile:
(Acerbic Tongue)
Reptile launches his tonge at his enemy and slams them behind him. Functions similar to Sindel's Hair Whip. Does 7% damage.
Enhanced version (Lizards Lunch) slams the opponent back and forth before pulling them in and drop kicking them in the chest. Does 11% damage.
Sindel:
(Echo)
Sindel manipulates sound waves with a scream that launches fireballs back towards her opponent from a sweep distance. Functions similar to Nightwols fireball repel but the projectile doesn't need to hit Sindel to be fired back at the enemy. The damage is always -2% of the damage from the initial fireball launched at her (e.g 6% if it sends back Jade's Boomerang). Doesn't work on Scorpion's spear, Sub-Zero's iceball, or other projectiles that cause a free hit.
Enhanced version (Hush) sends the fireball back along with a lower Starscream fireball. Does the same damage as the initial projectile with a further 5% added on (e.g 13% if it's Jade's Boomerang)

I think Mileena could use a parry move where she turns into pink energy or sth and hits the opponent from behind. She is more of an aggressive character, so a more defensive special move would be more than welcome!

It was necessary...
I would have taken away Cyber Sub-Zero's teleport and ice parry move and add them to Sub-Zero. I loved his move-set in MKvsDC, not sure why they changed it, even the ice nugget had its moments.
1. Sonya's Bicycle kicks, they're iconic and visually impressive, I never get tired of seeing them, the arc kick's cool, but it does not compare with those amazing bicycle kicks.
2. Sub-Zero's ice shower, yes please one of his great moves from MK3.
3. Kabal's nomad touch, that's a trolling move and everyone hates it, but I loved it.
4. Johnny Cage having the shadow uppercut as a nonenhanced move instead of the flip, I don't like that you have to use meter to see his iconic move.

3. Kabal's nomad touch, that's a trolling move and everyone hates it, but I loved it.
4. Johnny Cage having the shadow uppercut as a nonenhanced move instead of the flip, I don't like that you have to use meter to see his iconic move.

Noob's black hole:
Instead of it coming down from above it should come from the ground (similar to his fatality). its really hard to use it successful against good players, bc its 2slow so they see it coming. the only way i have seen good player use it is in a combo by pushing them in the black hole or having them stuck in the corner.
sub0's ground freeze:
is 2slow, needs 2be faster.
Cyborgsub0's:
ice bomb's should be replaced with ice shower's
ice shower (above)
ice shower (behind)
ice shower (in-front)
smoke's invincibility:
i never see pp use this... i think this needs 2be replaced, it should also help to make smoke's game-play less repetitive.
Sonya's dive kicks:
replace them with her bike kicks and air bike kicks
and baraka's move-list in general needs to be tweaked.

It's about freaking time they gave her impressive new fan attacks just like they love to do with Kung lao's hat. I enjoy her gameplay featuring her fans, but, for someone who has such an impressive (my favorite) weapon in the game, Kitana has some of the most underwhelming special moves. The 2 that stand out have been there since day one. She needs better ones!
Sub-Zero:
The guy uses ICE powers for Raiden's sake! Why in the world is he still stuck with the same boring moves?
Superman's "Ice Breath" in MKvsDC should have been his since MK3 (Ice Breath Fatality).
Where is is sexy Ice shower?
And whatever happened to all those creative ideas that can feature his ice powers in much more interesting ways than what he's been doing since MK4? Challenge tower has him doing something like we saw in the first movie. DO THAT!
Jade:
I absolutely love Jade, but, I'm always upset that she never really gets new impressive special moves. Thankfully, her staff gameplay is super awesome, but, I think its time she got more than what we've seen of her since MKU.
Raiden:
Same as Kitana, Jade, and Sub-Zero.
Awesome special powers, but, serious lack of creative ideas that make us go wow and make him feel fresh.
Sonya:
Besides the obvious and stupid lack of her iconic Bike Kicks, I'd like to mention that I resent the fact that her Kiss of Death move was so downgraded in this game in favor of a cooler animation. Sure, it still looks badass, but, its no where near as fun to use as it was in MKDA-MKvsDC.
Thank God they've learned their lesson concerning her Energy Rings and Leg Grab. Those 2 are a must that should stay forever in her move set. Same with the Kiss and Bike Kicks.
I love the Ark Kick and would be very sad to see it go, however, if its gone in favor of her Bicycle kicks (up and down), I promise not to complain about it. Ever.

And yes, I was referring to her well known Bike kicks in the most part, but, the super improved ones we got in MKvsDC (downward) easily became just as well loved and awesome.
The fact that they are still in MK9 as the (rather weak and less impressive) enhanced version of her Dive Kick speaks in their favor.
I just can't believe they actually thought that the "Arc Kick" (as awesome as it is) was a worthy replacement. NO MOVE would ever be worthy enough to replace those.
