Can you perform fatalities on bosses?

I remember there was a talk about a patch coming on release day, does it fix glitches or adding content as well

No but the bosses can do fatalties,as well as babality themselves.

Considering that babalities are possible on Goro and Kintaro, it's a little early to say for sure with regard to fatalities.

Doubtful in any case on Shao Kahn, though, because of his pre-set exploding death sequence.

Does it say finish him when you beat Goro or Kintaro because when i played with reptiile it didn't

Goro and Kintaro will automatically get a Babality performed on them if you win all of your matches up until then without losing a round and perform a Babality on all of your opponents. As for Shao Kahn, as said, his defeat animation overrides any babality animation, but someone has found evidence in the game's coalesced file that there is a Babality animation for Shao Kahn. So, who knows?
