Isaac Clarke
Bio: After surviving horrendous adventures in space, Isaac can't live with his rapidly warping mental state. He finds coordinates to a wormhole and charges ahead into what he thought would be his death. Instead he appears on Earth in the midst of chaos and dread. As people fall dead before his eyes he spots a huge green light to which green orbs are flying. He decides to follow this light on the hunch that he could once again help save a civilization on the brink of a terrible fate.
Reason: I'm a huge DS fan and I've converted some users here to it's charming grossness. Or at least I HOPE I did.
Fighting Style: Think Miguel from Tekken 6 except with more emphasis on power strikes.
Special Moves
Kinesis: catches projectiles and fires them back.
Enhanced version can grab the enemy and shoot them like a ragdoll.
Stasis: slows down enemies for an ass whoopin'. Enhanced version makes the stasis endure multiple attacks.
Force Gun: Close proximity is a knockdown. Far proximity is an MK3 style push back. Enhanced version is the secondary fire which will knockdown an opponent regardless of proximity.
Contact Beam: Uses secondary fire for Contact Beam. Enhanced version hits opponent with Stasis in the process to set up ridiculous juggle combos.
Also note: Plasma Cutter would be woven into normal combo sequences rather than as a special move.
X-Ray (I think they may call it a Brutality, guys. I LIKE X-RAY!!!): Moves in on opponenent and breaks elbow. (think of the scene with him and Tiedman) Then uses the Force Gun at point-blank range to devastate the opponent's ribs. Stasis in mid-air. Walks over, grabs opponent's leg and stomps the shit out of their neck. (as in his Leaper escape animation in Dead Space 2)
Fatalities
Strategic Dismemberment: He uses a Line Gun to take out the victim's legs. He then pulls out the Plasma cutter to take out the arms. Then he walks up to their stump of a body and finishes the job with the Javelin Gun. (head shot of course)
Explosiiiiiiiion Overpowerin': Sets a detonator mine and uses Kinesis to pull the victim into it. Simple, but crank up the gore & effects and you've got some gold.
Win Pose: Helmet retracts, brushes off shoulders while looking around. "That was nothing." Helmet deploys again in cinematic fashion. (think when he buys a new suit)
End: I don't care to make one.

Hotcakes, great job with Martson! Make it sounds amazing!
I was thinking about it during work today, and I would probably choose Grayson Hunt from Bulletstorm.
Specials:
Leash Grab- Gray grabs his opponent with his Leash and flings them to the ground. EX move, Pulls the enemy in and kicks them hard in the face
Leash Bounce- Gray bounces his opponent into the air using his leash. EX move, bounces them up, then slams them back onto the ground.
Flail Gun- Gray shoots his enemy with a flail, which wraps around them then explodes after a few seconds. EX move, the flail is wider and harder to dodge, explodes instantly
Screamer- Gray shoots two high shots with his Revolver. EX move, he shoots a flair that can only be jumped over.
Bouncer-Launches an explosive grenade that bounces towards the opponent. EX move, grenade shoots straight out.
Slide Tackle- Slides into his opponent. EX move, shoots a burst from his PMC carbine after a successful hit.
Grabs:
Slugfest- Gray grabs his opponent, then shoots them in the gut with his Boneduster Shotgun.
X-Ray- Grabs the enemy by the face, slams them into the ground breaking their jaw and some teeth. Then while they lay face down, he takes his PMC and shoots them multiple times in the back. X-ray would show bullets going into the body and shredding organs.
Rear Entry- Grabs the enemy, spins them around them gives them a kick in the ass.
Fatalities:
Mercy- Grabs out his Peacemaker Carbine, shoots his opponent in the crotch, then kicks their head off.
Overkill- Shoots a flail at the opponent, which wraps around their chest pinning their arms. Then rips their head off with the leash, and finally explodes the flail that is on the body.
Bullet Kick- Grayson leashes the enemy, pulls them in and kicks them away. He then shoots them with a supercharge shot from his PMC, leaving only a smoking skeleton behind.
He would obviously be a range-focused character, but can be vicious up close as well. I would like some of his bigger combos to end with him kicking his opponent away, to give him more opportunity to use his ranged weapons. I'd like his tag team moves to involve either his Leash or simply sliding in and giving an enemy the boot.
I'm not too original with the special moves and names, because they're pretty much directly from the game. That's why I would love having Grayson in the game, he's a surprisingly fitting character. Only problem I can think of is that some people probably wouldn't like is how he can't be taken to seriously.

I tried the demo and it does indeed look like a whole lot of fun. Indeed he reminds me of Wolverine, but with big guns instead of claws. ;P

Don Draper (Mad Men)
Bio:
Attempting to invade Earthrealm in the early 1960s, Shao Kahn comes to the conclusion that the only way to prepare it's citizens for his takeover is through advertising. Enter Sterling-Cooper. The only ad firm willing to take on the impossible task of getting the public on the side of their soon to be unquestioned master. Don Draper, the agency's star player, takes Kahn and company out for a night on the town. But a plucky band of Shaolin Monks have other plans. Don's found himself in the middle of a war. Seducing Kahn's aloof, fan-toting daughter will have to wait.
Reason:
Dude's a badass. He's like ten Goldbergs stacked on top of each other.
Fighting Style:
Boxing. The only acceptable fighting style for men.
Special Moves:
In Brief - Hurls his briefcase at the opponent (ala Kung Lao's hat)
Sterling Combination - Summons Roger Sterling, who hits the opponent in the back (along the lines of Scorpion's teleport punch) and then dashes off.
Fatalities:
Hit & Run - Crashes his car into the opponent.
Poor Form - Criticises opponent's performance, driving them to suicide.
Win Pose:
Puts a foot over the opponents's chest, then makes out with his wife.
