what about ermac or skarlet, weren't they made under shao kahn's will, and that person who made those concept arts are really amazing, they should have it like that, but mileena shouldnt have that mask or any thing, just a veil or unmasked, and what about skarlet in the next one and rain?

tanya, johnny cage, quan chi, shinnok, jarek and fujin should also be in those pictures, and kai(if he wasnt in their) but those pictures he drew were amazing and they should really consider that.

Beings that Shao Kahn wanted made like Ermac or Skarlet weren't made in an attempt to preserve the throne or anything but to keep His Opposing away from him.

We'll most likely have a war for the throne now but the new ruler, only if Shinnok doesn't end up destroying Outworld entirely could be Mileena, Reiko or Sindel? Whenever she comes back to life. Maybe a high ranked member of the Shokans or even Baraka.

But i'm expecting surprises for the future still so, if things start going better/worse we might even see an unexpected breed/character take the throne. By force or not.

Ermac could be in the running actually. He's free of Kahn's control, so maybe he'll remember that like 1/1000th of himself is King Jerrod.

There should be a civil-like war between the different races in Outworld for the throne. There is no one with the amount of power at this point to take Outworld for him/herself. The likes of Mileena, Ermac, and Baraka have been lapdogs ever since they have made their appearances so to become the ruler of outworld wouldn't make any sence. Even Reiko doesn't have enough power to hold the throne for a long period.

The only way to seize power at this time would be to make smart alliances and basically share the throne. But still, the alliance would have to be stronger than Quan Chi and his forces, which seems kind of impossible, given that Quan Chi has Shinnok as an ally and basically has absolute power at this point.

If there is anyone to take Outworld, it should/would be Shinnok/Quan Chi.

It would require teamwork and dirty tactics, heh. This is why Mileena's role should be significant... This is the best possible time for her to learn how to be the manipulative bitch she was meant to be... If this was a game where the story mattered (which it sadly isn't...), this would be where Mileena gets some massive character development to make up for the worst character assassination I've ever witnessed.

When it comes to dirty tactics though, Tanya pops into my mind.... I'm thinking Tanya and Rain should also be key to the Outworld throne plot in some way.

But there are no Elm Streets in Outworld...

I like to think Mileena will be the one to take over Outworld's throne with Baraka at her side. She will co-op with Quan Chi and Shinnok and help them invade Earthrealm, mostly because she has no choice. However, then it would be cool if she backstabbed them, turned on them and took over their army with the help of Reiko who appears to have a deep grudge against Quan Chi, all the while Noob Saibot takes the chance to kick Quan Chi's butt as well and take over the Brotherhood of the Shadows.

The Earthrealm heroes will kick Shinnok back to his hellhole, Sareena will escape and join Sub-Zero, Kitana and the others will be free of Quan Chi's control which will then start the third grand scenario: To free Edenia! Instead of freeing it from Shao Kahn, it will be a battle between "sisters", Kitana and Mileena meeting in war against eachother. All the while this is happening, Onaga will then slowly awake and come to strength which will start the fourth grand scenario (or may be just be a teaser for the next game to come).

That's basically how I want the next MK to be about.
