Cyber-Smoke new background.

At the end of story mode Raiden, Johnny and Sonya go back to find the bodies of the other heroes and discover Smoke is alive, barely. Sindel broke his neck, paralyzed but alive. They use the bodies of the destroyed Lin Kuei cyborgs to build him a new body. Smokes body died years ago and he was reborn as an enenra. Quan Chi was not strong enough to contrl this powerful spirit for long and it returned to the now cybernetic body to help his new allies and avenge his friends that died by his side. This is just an idea and what i'd like to see happen.

Smoke's soul was seen in the Netherrealm, so he's dead. I like the fact Smoke is now a bitch in both, his Ninja and Cyborg forms. HA!

But, I am a Cyber fan..

It COULD work. If his body and powers allow him to escape death, perhaps he can escape Quan Chi's clutches and INVADE a body. Kind of like poltergeist. Maybe he could invade a cyborg body and come back.

Still:
1. I have no idea how Smoke's supernatural powers work, so I'm just pulling this out of my ass.

2. If they bring Smoke back to life and no one else, I'm pretty sure people will be KIND OF pissed over that.

Are you talkiing about Cyrax and Sektor or the other cyborgs? Anyway, if Smoke becomes automated for the next gave, is there a chance he could become a hybrid?

Cyborg is already half human and half cyborg.

Honestly, I think people should just stick with one and get over it. I know everyone is upset with how he looks in this game, but really, Smoke is Smoke in my opinion.

Want a full blown cyborg that has lost his humanity and gone completely berserk? You have Sektor.

Want a heroic cyborg that still wants to be attached to his humanity and some how manage a human/cyborg hybrid? That will be Cyrax soon enough.

Let Smoke be something different.

Smoke was different as a cyborg and as a human, he's nothing of value. The 'enenra' isn't much..

MKDeception even reveals he was evolving into something more.

One of the messages in Konquest mode was, 'Smoke's nanotechnology is changing his being.'

But that was thrown away with the idea of this rebbot.

Keeping in mind this is all just my ideas on how it could work to bring Cyber-Smoke into MK9 as a DLC.

As DLC, I imagined his ending go like this:

Smoke beats Kahn, but is near death and is taken to the Lin Kuei stronghold. randmaster Sektor has him automated, and he suffers a fate much worse than death..

I think it'd be interesting, but some people would find a fault in that story wise.

If Smoke can make people fall to pieces by simply passing through them then why the hell didn't he do it to Sindel?
