The human version of Cyrax and Sektor are their own characters. With their own movesets, if the grenades attached to Cyrax belt isn't proof enough. Their own audio, in case you forgot about the audio leak months ago with H_Sektor. Although I'm unsure about the Fatalities. I too think that this maybe a Tower Challenge thing, I just know that they won't be doing the cyborg's Fatalities.

It's not a Friendship! The clown clearly shoot the opponent's head off, how is that a Friendship?! Friendships don't kill people! They're called Fatalities for a reason, because a person is killed.
All characters will have hidden Fatalities. Someone said that this is a standard fatality. Regardless, who cares? There's two more fatalities besides THIS one. It's here to stay, it's not going away. You can easily choose NOT to perform this Fatality unless you're going for achievements/trophies.
The reason why it's there in the first place is because the Americas got dicked over with the Joker's Fatality in MKvsDCU, in which it was censored. Now, NRS is given the Americas what they where missing. And the only person who can easily do that will be Shang Tsung morphing.
The only reason why I don't agree with this Fatality is because it's nothing but a copy paste animation data. And since I wasn't one of the people crying about a censored Joker Fatality years ago, I obviously don't care for this either, but I'm not gonna complain about it because there's other Fatalities Shang Tsung has.
I feel so alone, gonna end up a Big ole pile of them bones.
