Human Cyrax and Sektor look cool, albeit their costumes are rather plain in my opinion. But I guess they do their purpose with showing their human selves.

Cyrax and Sektor always been human. Just they are known for having cybernetic armor and implant. Thus making them cyborgs.

This is just them without their famous cybernetic armor.

I only think the 3 ninjas have classic fatalities. Everyone has one fatality given to you and a hidden one to discover.

If you preordered the game will you have the classic alt costumes unlocked from the beginning or are they exclusive?
If they are exclusive, will they be DLC?

Use the code they give you to unlock the costume, you'll be able to unlock the other classic alts that were available for pre-order by playing the game, doing their requirements.
