Anyways, the only reason Boon does that is just to get laughs over all the (mostly wrong) speculations

I personally thing it's Sheeva..The leg is the only real bodypart that could be shown without it being given away..plus she wore the red swimsuit looking thing .

Didn't notice the skin tone. But then again she could be wearing tights.

Well, it depends on how you look at it. I call it a Major Award.

Whoever it is, I am nearly 90% sure it is a character already from MK 1-3 (maybe even 4), with the color changed just to throw us off. It would be funny if they intentionally chose red to change the color to, just to reflect on the old days when everyone was filmed in red costumes!

There's some amount of it, but I implore you to check out MKO officially confirming MK vs. DCU. That one easily trumps this one.

Very nice! I'll admit that it does have Sareena flavor to it. But I'm still hold that it is Jade with a color swap.

Another thing that puzzles me, however, is that the art of the leg seems rather amateurish. Not that it's bad art, it just doesn't look professional, or official.

Boon likes to play games. Im thinking its a color swap of somebody. I don't think its Sareena.

Concept art doesn't have to be polished. Just look at every piece in the Krypts of DA, Deception, and Shaolin Monks. Most of them are black and white sketches, and some, like the initial designs for Frost, are even plain ugly and bad, with terrible anatomy.

Even though you did a great job on the photo i dont think its Sareena, Because Kitana has thigh high boots. Mileena has thigh high boots. Presumably Sindel and Jade will have High boots it will get repetitive on every female character. And Kitana has a Loin guard so why not Sindel. And there is noooo way!! thats sheeva firstly her leg would have way more muscle and she will never fit in shoes lol..So i think its Sindel!!

It can't be Sindel. It seems to be a female ninja and shes not even close to being one. lol and yeah its definitely not Sheeva!

It seems to be a woman with boots and a loinflap.


So she decided to show a bit more leg (for kicking, I mean), but remain modest with a playful little loinflap that says business but with a spirit of aventure. It wouldn't be the first time an MK character decided to adopt popular fashion accessories. As I understand it, loinflaps and shoulder pads are very in these days.

Likely? Probably not. Possible? I would reckon so.

Anyhow, I like how people are speculating that the ambiguous leg sketch is basically whatever favorite female fighter they want to see included. As a result, I'm changing my Sareena vote to Frost. It's obviously Frost with a pallete swap you know to fool us.
