Some people will say if you don't like it don't buy it. Well that's not the point. As far as I'm concerned they wasted time, effort, and money to create something that yes I won't buy. I wanted to buy a 4th dlc character! Not spending money on crap that's not MK related. If I want to see Freddy, I'll do it with a tv remote, not my arcade stick. Any other MK characters, and or costume packs, I'm totally there! This however? Nah.

I may have bought the season pass, but i am not and will not download a guest character. If that's really how NRS wants to go out DLC wise, then please give me MK10 next. This isn't so much a "shit storm" as it is a monsoon. But whatever, if people can't get over the fact that it's not an MK character, then there's really no reasoning with them, despite how awesome Freddy's moves and fatalities are. Getting this for sure.

Sure. Exactly. That's exactly the case. We get two widely popular MK characters, and a legendary Mortal Kombat myth as DLC. We get a in-depth game that MAJORITY OF YOU loved before this event. We had a game filled with characters loved by many, and revived characters from the past made to be 10000x more bad ass....... And this game was made for casuals.

I can tell you RIGHT NOW, there are people who hate Skarlet, Kenshi, and/or Rain, and they REFUSE to buy them. So you know what, be like them. Grow a pair, and whine to someone else. They DID deliver MK characters, and they even delivered a character that people were BEGGING to return.

And yes, THIS IS FOR MONEY! SHOCKING, I KNOW! DLC being made to get money? MY MIND HAS BEEN BLOWN!

Aside from the fact that I want Freddy, I buy DLC to support NRS. Why? Because Capcom has been fucking in me in the ass, and surprisingly, I didn't ask for entry to my back door.

I am GLAD with NRS's accomplishment with this game. GLAAAAAAD! I am proud of this game, and so are a lot of you. Would I have preferred an MK character? Yes. But is this any different to getting Taven when I would have wanted Sareena? No. I still didn't get what I want.

I told people: DON'T GET YOUR HOPES UP. That is your fault.

And the people who bought the Season Pass and are bitching: That is ALSO your fault. The deal was: pay early without knowing the 4th character, get one of the characters for free. THAT WAS THE DEAL! As do I. I've been a huge fan of the series since I was very, very, young, I've owned every game since the first. I'm as much a hardcore fan of the series as every other member on this site. But I don't have a single problem with guest characters, or getting free things. Which, for some reason, you apparently do.

This is just fantastic. I really couldn't be happier.
