The most obvious guess would be the armor contains the spirits of his cryomancer ancestors, not unlike Kenshi's sword...but more powerful, it would seem, if it can "guide his blows", which is a fancy way of saying "force him to punch and kick a specific way".

Who says she has to be a descendant of the Cryomancers? I mean, Quan Chi is a sorceror. He uses magic. Why can't he just, you know, magically give ice powers to someone? And who's talking about spending 20 years of his life? With 'a couple of years' I mean about 3 to 5 or something. And before anyone says: 'it's impossible to make that good a fighter of her in just 5 years max'... his magic aids in speeding up the level she has to attain to make a shot of being accepted in the clan.

And sure, he wants that Elder God amulet, but I'm sure Quan Chi is way too devious (or greedy perhaps?) to just put all his eggs in one basket. Who would pass on the opportunity to boost his own power?

Well there's Deception for one thing. I mean, yeah it's an alternate reboot universe now, but none of the characters in MK9 got the origin part of their story completely erased and replaced.

I actually like Siroj's idea of Frost being sent by Quan Chi to infiltrate the Lin Kuei to steal the medallion. I also like T-Rex's idea of her becoming an Ice Elemental, but I would like her to retain her human form as well and maybe be able to transform during the game temporarily to the Ice Elemental like Kazuya transforms to Devil in the new Tekken game.

With Sub-Zero in the game, and later on ***he who shall not be named*** also being there, I really DON'T want Frost to be DLC. I never cared much for her. Seeing her in later entries is fine by me, but just keep this game al close to MK1-MKT as possible PLEASE!

Grow up and deal with the fact that may people find frost stupid lame and Sub Zero cheap copycat. Her story is laughable and she ooks retarded.

MK Trilogy, the game with what 6 or 7 multicolored ninja that look exactly the same and many specials were also exact duplicates with an effect covering it up.
Edit: I gotta say I'm liking these ideas, especially the cocoon one.
