Chakra your purple rain box set pic with rain is by far the most epic sig I have ever seen period.

Yea as I think somone said it would have made sense to have some kind of water portal, i dunno it really dosent bother me that much. But as somone later mentioned it looks like he puts water on them or sommthing, gonna have to watch that again. Btw I think his x ray isnt that generic, they included the roundhouse, and thats what i can gaurantee people wanted out of his xray.

Looks nice however NRS did one helluva copy-paste job and that disappoints me. A good bit of these animations are from other characters.

watched it again, his noob move is a grab. So really who cares, the only thing uniqe about grabs are the distance made after them. Correct me if im wrong but im pretty sure every grab in this game generally does the same thing, just diffrent animations and sometimes distances.

The mask is weird..... but besides that i would have to say Rain is the best DLC so far. I can't wait till the 19th.

looks pretty smexy. just wish they could have done more with the xray and for the decapitate fatal, i hope he slices half the head off if instead of the whole head atleast ;p

Edit: Are people really debating the logistics of his super roundhouse in a game like this? Like everything else makes total sense and this is the weird thing that doesn't?

Cause that's why I like Rain :/

I'd actually be glad if Rain gets popular, it would secure the probability of future inclusions, Personally I like him for his original moveset (and admittingly a bit for him being purple, afterall it's my fav color)

Yeah, I am personally hoping for a diagonal slice from the shoulder down through the torso. Probably a decap. though.

WTF is a Water Portal?!

I realize this is a fantasy world,
but wouldn't it make more sense if his kick evaporated them,
then recondensed them behind him?

Evaporation exists... water portals, not so much wink

That's because you are biased. He is your favourite character, so therefore everything he does is perfect to you. You are ignorant to his flaws. However, this also means you will merely enjoy playing as him more than those who take notice of his flaws.

He didn't. His throw resembles Noob's portal move, and he seems to have what looks like a teleport uppercut.

That's two moves. Do try and be more realistic in the future.

Actually, he's not my favorite charactertongue Sub-Zero & Noob Saibot is. You could be right about the flaws, but i'm just too tired to notice. I'll check later in the afternoon when i'm more awakeglasses

Well, I can inform you of the "flaws" I've taken notice of.

His Jet Stream move doesn't look damaging. It's like he has a watergun hidden in his palm, splashing a bit of water in the face of the opponent. However, perhaps that is what it just does - distracting the opponent by splashing water in their faces.

As much as i like Rain I'm gonna have to agree. Thats noobs teleport. But i will fully defend him on the lightning bolt cause I'm pretty sure rain had that first.
