Noob Saibot looks cool, love that he has the Trilogy move set. Tho, I hope that immune cloud isn't too overpowered. I prefer the simple all Black ninja look with blue eyes ala MK4 but this doesn't look bad.

His X-ray looks alright, but I hate how he stands still in his kick pose...just to get the puke on him. It takes too long to happend.

You play racing games for the pickup trucks or for the race cars? A fighting game with a particularly asian martial arts design to it is going to have a shit load of ninjas in it!

I guess hopeful would be a better word than content. Word on the street is that HD collection is getting revealed today as well. Could be false, but hey, I got Noob Saibot before breakfast, so there's still time for wishing.

Noob looks good. Love his shadow moves (especially the hole) and his X-ray with the puke is fuckin brutal! I just wish he had the same glowing blue eyes from MK4.

His disabler orb is back and I don't know what to think of that. I mean, it was the most broken move in a fighting game, ever! At 0:53 you can see him do the move right before the X-ray which means landing his X-ray will be a piece of cake. At least the move is slow.

The Graveyard looks fantastic! As I have said many times, they have really outdone themselves with the arena's. Please, bring us the Soul Chamber!

I agree that this should have been something done for every character. This game's getting billed as refinement of the combined strengths of the first three games, and (for me) back then it was all about the characters and how awesome they looked, even moreso than the fatalities. MK has always been character-driven, and this has been one of my problems with the post-MK4 games- that is to say, the vast majority of the new characters didn't seem very memorable to me. I thought initially that the whole "probably no new characters" thing in this MK was kind of a cop-out, but I've warmed to the idea considerably.
With as great a game as the new MK appears to be, I'm really surprised that they haven't been bombarding us with teasers, whipping us into a frenzy. I have little doubt that this will be the best MK game since MK4*; I think it's a pretty Big Deal. WB/NRS needs to start acting like it. That said, I'm sure it'll pick up pretty quickly by next month at the very latest.

Razor, in response to what you said about the "4th button unlocked". I had thsi theory.

Going over the widget, I couldnt figure out what the hell the 6th spot would be used for. Theres nothing else really. Then I thought, What if its a "Rival" slot? Obveously this would go into Sub-zero's 6th slot on the widget and we'd get a glimpse of what hes up against.

This is where i get confused, I jsut cought myself. Raiden and Kahn would be eachother. Maybe Raiden is trying to supress "Dark Raiden" that maybe somehow the mentality jumped back in time too? Could be a dark Raiden trailer.

Honestly I’m not so thrilled to see Noob Saibot. Like Bezou mentioned.. too many ninja’s. I do like what they have done to him though. He looks great and his moves are amazing. Don’t like his winning pose. That gives you the impression that there are two characters like Noob Smoke when there is only one. He should be alone in his winning pose.

I hope this is not the internet breaking news. But gamespot has updates as well yesterday so maybe we get something more from them later.

I think the MKD pigtails would have saved her, but not sure really considering how uninspiring her costume is.

Of the female ninjas, I have to say Kitana looks best.

I agree. I couldn't see Noob's disabler working the same way it did in MK Trilogy. It would have be toned down considerably.

All I got to say is Noob sent my pulse rate up man. This is the most sick I've seen him. And I can't w8 to double time with him and Stryker! HOO RA!
