lol, it looks in one like battle damage either makes Sindel bleed from the eyes or her makeup is running. Nice touch.

LOve the pictures, but I don't like the one with Ermac on it, it kinda reveils his terrible boring scorpion-clone move...

I thought they would finally give him Kenshi's moves like he deserves and cuts this scorpion-copy-crap.

Wow, Sonya pretty much loses her pants after a couple of hits apparently.

Tremendous find Blackcyborg. I can't believe the quality that's going into these characters. Fingers crossed the game mechanics are as impressive.

Specifics:
- Jax - never been a big fan but with those big, black, implanted metallic arms I'm definitely going to give him a few spins in arcade mode
- Sindel looks great; still holding out for a screenshot/vid of a hair attack (any at all).
- Still can't get into Ermac, but I've never been a fan so...

- THE BACKGROUNDS... holy hell the backgrounds...


Only (small) complaint is that the bloodstains don't really look as real as they could - it's like they've just gotten a photoshop brush and dabbed it in random places. Like in Sindel's hair for heaven's sake.

And how is giving him Kenshi's moves any better than copying one of Scorpion's?

Right behind/above Sindel to the left, you can clearly see a statue that resembles Kano in his MKvsDC uniform, holding knives, and it's buried behind some bushes and trees. The previous statue that some people thought was Kano located behind Sonya far back in the distance, you can clearly tell is not Kano.

Also, to the left of Kano looks to be old Shang Tsung.

Yeah, at this point I'm just flatout convinced Shang Tsung's Garden is the Warrior Shrine. The MK9 version of it, anyway. There are gonna be characters we recognize back there.

He's in the far back located just right above Sindel's right forearm. You can make out his tarkatan blade going off to the right. It's small, but it's noticable.

^ Nice find. Still not entirely convinced the other one's Kano, but we'll see.

In some of the video footage of this stage, there's also been people fighting on the bridge in the far back, like on the Pit 2.

They're clearly not there in these screens, though. Sometimes there's nobody on the back bridge at the Pit in screenshots either, though.

It's his MKvsDC render, just rotated to the left a bit. He's got the same pouches along the belt line, and he's holding his knife in the same fashion. You can also make out that it's the same uniform, the pants and vest/shirt that comes down past the belt line, but the belt goes over the shirt. You can also barely make out his sash thing that goes over his shoulder. Make sure you look at the enlarged version to see all the details.

Kenshi learned everything from Ermac, so in fact they are Ermacs own moves, the stupid Scorpion clone is just a move that he uses because in the early days of MK3 they had no more room for other unique things and some characters ended up with abilities from other characters.

This time around I would have loved to see that stupid teleport clone gone, but too bad.

And I don't want Kenshi to be in this game ever, so I rather see Ermac have his (own learned to kenshi) abilities instead.

No he didn't, he only learned the TK Slam from Ermac. He already had a bunch of psychic powers granted to him by his sword, which he's had since he went blind before MK1.
And you're still overreacting to a picture of a jumping punch.

The biggest argument that Ermac fans have against Kenshi is that he "stole" all of Ermac's moves, when that isn't even close to the truth. It's just ridiculous.

Kenshi copied the slam, Ermac copied the toss, everything else is unique to them. Kenshi has all the cool moves, so no, I don't want to see Ermac using them.

You are just a Kenshi fan, but Kenshi fans have no right of speach in a game based on MK1 till 3.

So no Kenshi please.

Spoil the next game with his entrance, I won't buy a game based of MK4, DA and so on anyway.

I didn't say anything about Kenshi being in this game.

-Sindel looks very sexy

-The damage detail looks spectacular. In one of the images, you can actually see Sonya's feet from torn away boots.

-Subway level looks incredibly detailed!

-Shang Tsung's garden looks beautiful, it really gives you an MK style of paradise

-Ermac is badass. I don't think it's a special he's doing in there, just a jumping punch.

How many times am I going to keep telling you that Ermac and Kenshi's moves differ from each other completely? Until you finally realize that neither are the same, that's when.

Kenshi's moves are all about telekinesis, Ermac's moves consisted more of magic. Ermac can float, and can throw projectiles. I don't see anywhere in the games that Kenshi was in that had him floating and throwing projectiles in the same manner that Ermac did. Just because both hold a move that the other knows doesn't mean anything. Both characters did not copy their exact move sets, so this constant whining of Ermac copying Kenshi's moves and vice versa is completely ridiculous.

just because they both have telekinesis for move sets do not mean they are exactly alike. Get that right for once and maybe people will stop telling you how wrong you are.

As for the pictures... I'm questioning why is there blood in Sindel's hair? Is it just soaked in it or is there a cut somewhere? It looks weird. Other than that, I'm liking these pictures and now waiting for someone to try to figure there's a hidden secret in one of them.

Sindel needs more stuff on her costume. A crown/tiara would be nice, Kitana's looks good and Sindel's in MKD looked good to. The costume damage is a little bit too much though, I hope we can turn it down in the options. Sonya's pants are like gone.
