How many people do you think ended up not buying the game because of their inclusion? How many people even said one negative word about their inclusion when it was released? How many people even recognized that Snake wasn't supposed to be there during the first days of release when he was a contender for the top of the tier list? Or when Sonic ended up near the bottom? Who still felt sick when they saw Sonic beating up Samus, or when they found an easter egg involving Snake at the Shadow Moses stage?

The answer in every case is zero.

None of this will matter to anybody when the game is released. It's just pointless bitching.
