The more I look at this picture the more I fall in love with the artwork AND her character. I think her eyes are a nice touch. They show that she's MORE than a duplicate of Kitana, and I think it's important for her to be seperate. Everybody was upset when Mileena was just a palette swap, but now that she's being distinctly half Edenian/Tarkatan people have an issue. I personally think the eyes are awesome. Makes her look SO DAMN savage.

I totally love the detail in this pic. did anyone notice her outfit is made out of rice grain weave pattern cotton like judo and jiu jitsu gi's? total fucking RESPECT for nrs for that one.

Edit: I dont think Liu would be sporting tights like the dude in that shadow is.

The render is spectacular, mileena looks phenomenal and the background is rediculously beautiful.

The only problem now that her non Kitana look poses is that there can be no "Mileena tricking people that she is Kitana" storylines as she looks so different.
But really that is the only problem, everything else is perfect.

I might be the only one but how do we know that mileena cant change the color of her eyes.

I know we haven't actually seen that yet but she is both Edenian and Tarkatan, so maybe her tarkatan side comes out more when she's fighting or as seen in the render when it's night time.

Well to those who don't know she's not really kitana and pretty much to fool anyone in general to get closer to her apparent goal.......getting rid of kitana.

my main point would be the disguise factor......

I agree that mileena could have the ability to change her eyes kind of like a succubus they look normal but when they attack their eyes become demonic and eyes go red.

I love the new pic the head is prob liu kangs brother lol

Nice wallpaper. I do like how Mileena looks in this, and the head appears to be Liu Kang's. I can't think of anyone else having hair like that.

Oh, it's Liu. What other character has hair like that? Well, maybe Kabal, so that's a possibility... but probably not. I say it's Liu. Those saying it isn't Liu just 'cause NRS wouldn't "reveal" him that way just haven't been paying attention.

This is by far my favorite render from the ones that've been released. Mileena looks perfect and with so much personality. Her eyes tho are sorta distracting bcuz their the main reason she doesn't look like Kitana. But I think they fit her personality and character. Another distraction are her HUGE breast! I mean cmon, they must have been extremely horny. Overall I love his render bcuz it tells a story; a story the princess won't find amusing and will make Mileena pay lol

Everyone is just reading into every tiny facet of these pictures. Look at the whole noob saibot discussion about the blank ninja on the widget. I love speculating just as much as the next person. But people saying its blatantly obvious this is liu are going over the top. Its long hair....nothing more, no headband...no baggy pants...nothing else giving us an indication that its liu. Just long hair, thats it Why does it even have to be a character? Why cant it just be a random head ripped off. Why is it that every time Ed Boon cuts a fart we think hes hinting a new character? HE TALKED ABOUT FARTING....METHANE GAS....FLAMMABLE.....FLAMES CAUSE SMOKE!!!!! OMG NEW SMOKE INFO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You know just as much as the rest of us. People just make theories about who that person might be, and it could resemble Liu Kang. It's not a confirmation, but it is within human nature to be curious and think about such things. Of course people are going to discuss it.
