Not sure if this is new or not, but it was just announced on MK's twitter:

The official MK twitter account also stated that every week this month will feature new Mileena content since she won the 1st Round.

while i am thankful for new media, i won't for a second believe that they're consistent enough in their scheduling to give us new Mileena info once a week.

That's a pretty sweet wallpaper. Has so much flavor than the duller-than-hell Sub-Zero/Scorpion shadow wallpapers. I'm sorry, but those were boring as hell to look at it.

This, on the other hand, has the spirit of Mileena screaming through it with an actually identifiable silhouette. I love it.

Honestly man, I dont get it...why cant you have just a bit of faith? They are at the home stretch here, is it that over the top to believe they could release a bit of information each week?

Each week for the entire month Mileena stuff is being released? A whole fuckin month will be dedicated to Mileena, only? Ehhh we have four more months to go, two more characters that we have NO information about (Kahn and Raiden), at least 21 characters remaining that still need to make an appearance on themortalkombat.com. Exactly what does NRS' information publication schedule look like? EDIT; and since when are the victims on the character wallpapers supposed to be actual MK characters? Was this confirmed anywhere? Cause I can't make out who the bald victim is on Scorpion and Sub-Zero's wallpapers.

Nah, seriously; it could be Liu Kang, but he's some what bony and he doesn't appear to have his headband or wristbands. Perhaps Mileena stabbed him because he wasn't Liu Kang.

P.S: The wallpaper still kicks booty though!
