I dont see where people are getting Motaro from????? That is CLEARLY Sub-Zero getting destroyed by Scorpion. Also Motaro would not be wearing a shirt or any outfit at all, he's a Centaur for gods sake.

Also I doubt they would put that two legged monstrosity back in the game, its ether four legs or nothing.

It's not a tail, it's Sub-Zero's sash. Sub-Zero has a sash on the front and the back. You can also tell it's Sub-Zero's dragon belt buckle in the front. It only appears to be a tail since it freezes in position while at an odd angle, Scorpion's sash appears the same way. It's definitely not a tail though, and definitely not a two legged Motaro, or Moloch. It makes much more sense that it's Scorpion fighting Sub-Zero, as they fight throughout, in the vignette, the shadows, then the Kratos reveal all spliced together in the beginning of the video.

Um, in that case, does the shadow on the left have a 2 ft long schlong? No, that's just the shadow of his sash, and that's likely what the other shadow is too.

Hmmm...I still think the only reason people see Kano in any sort of way, is the red dot in the general area of the figure's head. The red dot is not part of the figure however, it's just an ember from the fire. There's multiple red embers above the fire. The specific picture someone posted though, only showed one because the screen hadn't fully panned over, but you clearly see them a split second later.

Take the red dot away, and there's no more Kano. It's just your mind seeing the dot, and automatically filling in the blanks.

I know you don't see Kano, I am just trying to explain why to those who do, that it's likely not him.

I honestly think Ed blatantly lied about there being a new reveal somewhere in the video just to fuck with us because he loves when the fanbase goes on these psycho scavenger hunts.

It's like "Super-Unlockables" in Deception, or how he used to say "there's still stuff hidden in MK2 nobody's ever found." No, there's not. People have dug into the source code of the game to make sure. He just likes making us hunt for shit that isn't real.

Either there's nothing, or it's something he blatantly said in order to make us think one thing, when he was just saying something else knowing we would take it the wrong way. I mean, "hidden character reveal" could very well be the oni in Goro's lair, after all, it is technically hidden. I mean...you could make cases for a bunch of things that could go under certain statements like he likes to make. In the end, it's just him trying to keep us talking and searching, but really there's nothing worth finding even if you do manage to figure out what he's talking about.

Hopefully she will be even more fun than she was in MKvsDC! I'm hoping/expecting her fighting style to feature lots of acrobatic attacks. She does look pretty fast and all those kicks in the combo really do kick as$!

I'm pretty sure Ed Boon and the Team dedicated some heavy time/thoughts in the making of this one. It's totally a gift for the die-hard fans who know their MK. It is very fitting for her character and a "special move" that fans have been asking to see since forever.

I always hoped to see that "Leg Grab Neck breaker" as a Fatality, but, I'm more than pleased with it being an X-Ray. It looks freaking amazing.



I can't wait to see more. They are teasing us with Miss Blade!

I realize that in my excitement I completely forgot to comment on Goro's Lair.

I'm really liking what they did with it. Goro in his throne is epic. The darkness all over it, the little light from above, the caves, etc. It will probably be one of the top favorites of the game.

And regarding your worries, I wouldn't worry. I don't think thats going to happen at all. I mean, they've been this lame revealing stuff that should have been revealed almost a year ago (concept art pics, screenshots, renders, videos, etc) that I doubt they will just spoil everything with 2 months left.

I certainly do hope that by then we've gotten HQ images online of renders, screenshots, and special videos of characters that have already been revealed.

It amazes me when people look for something and after looking enough times then they start to see something that's not there.Man I have been guilty of that a lot with game revails

Agreed, well said, man. Ed Boon seems to be a nice guy, but enjoys to spread rumours with the only purpose of :

1. Keeping the MK "hidden secrets" tradition alive
2. Make propaganda of MK
3. Having some kind of personal fetish seeing hardcore MK fans becoming crazy trying to find out "ghosts in the air" lol

Sure the game will come with some secrets, eveyone know this already, but, in time, and with Internet support, everyone will know every single aspect of the game, including, these "secrets" that always come with MK games ..... and people gonna know what "is in the game" , what "is false rumour" , and what could be "DLC material" to be released.

If Ed is lying about this, I really don't mind this kind of lie. He sparks up the spirit and happiness of the community by playing with our minds while messing up our psychological stability.

This really does remind me of the old days. I missed this awesome feeling of hunting for secrets and hidden stuff in MKA and MKvsDC.

I doubt that it's Stryker. This video was probably a late release since they just talked about Jax and Sonya being the next characters "revealed" in this game... This is most likely a late release.



Boon is known for jokes. He's been doing so for a very long time. Just because he may have written something like that on Twitter, doesn't mean that it's literally something for us fans to take seriously. If it was, well then I'd be laughing at all the fans that are going to plug their eyes to the screen and watch every bit of detail in the video...

Sadly, there hasn't been anything in this video that reveals anything.

Frost was already spotted in one of the very early videos of the Pit, we knew that she was a background character all this time.

Same for Sareena.

Stryker wouldn't be "hidden" character, as there was already a video released showing him getting his ass kicked for an x-ray.

I doubt that Oni has any significance other than being a background character. Same goes to that female dressed in red in Kahn's Arena.

Therefore, all these characters that have been shown throughout the video were already released and shown to us in previous videos, with the exception of the Oni. So with what that means, there is no possible way Boon was taking that Twitter message seriously. He's a jokster, always has been and possibly always will be for ever MK game that gets released.
