well if people are playing the guessing game, then i want to play too. Im guessing that Rain stabs the water sword through the opponents chest with the heart at the tip, then does a vertical slice upward to split the opponent. And as a finishing touch, Rain holds the sword upright, disperse's the water and grabs the heart.

They didn't- they even refer to him as "Prince of Edenia" on the Official Website.

I am loving, truly loving everything about Rain. I can't believe it, but, after many years I find myself admiring/very interested in one of the "ninjas". Last time that happened was in MKD (Ermac). First time Sub-Zero (MK1 and MK3).

Back to the Prince: the art of this wallpaper is absolutely stunning. The colors, the lighting, the golden glow, Rain's pose, the exploding water effect, that background, that freaking golden glow...everything is simply flawless.

Flawless.

It's right up there with Skarlet's fantastic and yaw-dropping gorgeous Fatality wallpaper as well as Mileena's. This is definitely very impressive art and I couldn't be happier for the Rain fans. I think I'm starting to become one.

His new water specials and epic bubble/inflating Fatality are superb. Easily one of my favorite Fatalities ever. The design of his costume (beautiful details/patterns) is excellent. The one thing I feel they totally failed is not giving him his MKA hair look. A lot more interesting and unique than the ninja head-hood thing.

I give this an 11/10.

Can't wait for Rain.

PS: I'm not really feeling his bio though. Kind of generic and predictable, imo. Nothing that special. Hopefully he will surprise us when he's finally out.

I might be being picky but I still think we should've seen some intestines/blood mixed in with the water for a better effect.
