It's been a long time since I've been on these boards. I've been somewhat interested in MK9, though given Armageddon and vs. DC, my interest has been tempered with heavy cynicism. But this trailer made my day; I'm really hoping the story mode will be as well-made as this trailer indicates.

Also... his X-ray move is repeated groin punches, followed by spine-breaking? Ouch.

I'm not sure if that first one is a typo or not, but I chuckled.

Fantastic!! Story mode is looking beautiful. This game is the game I have been waiting for, for about 18 years

for those of us who do not like kitana's hair, looks like her alt costume will have a pony tail, of sorts. hope it animates better than her primary hair does. if not, there is always her retro umk3 outfit.

This is the best Johnny Cage has ever been. Well done.

Mostly full of hate over how similar it is to her primary. Mostly :-\

Kitana's hair is the only improved thing about that alternate costume. Those randome MKD sleeves look awful. I like the mask-less look though. That's nice.

I hope it looks as glorious as it does in MKDA.





This is bringing back some of the best memories I have from MKvsDC (mainly featuring the Joker and Sonya's lines).

After seeing this, i wish NRS would decide to do something unprecedented. Actually make a full length Johnny Cage movie (like ninja mime) with this games engine, and have WB distribute it through theaters. I'd be willing to pay $10 to see that

Why is Shao Khan missing from his throne in 00:09 of the video?

I'm guessing Jax's alternate outfit shown in the trailer is for his appearance in the MK2 part of the storyline, because he did not have mechanical arms then. Correct?

I love it. I also love the classic Smoke and Noob costumes

Cage is one of my main charcters for sure. He is badass judging from this video and his demo gameplay.
