Well that is a serious kick in the balls.

I honestly don't understand why they do this? All it does is piss off fans of the game.

It's not like it's going to make 90% of people that already have the game go out and buy the PSVita just to have the extra costumes. Yes there will be some that do, but if they want to make some quick $$$, releasing it as an add-on to XBL/PSN would make more sense.

Also makes a mockery of the "Komplete Edition"...

NeRdS must remember their Xbox 360 fans, too. You may notice that the graphics are clearly lower in the Vita version. Cage's face looks different and Shoe Kahn's loincloth began to erect. Mileena's MKII costume that's been unavailable so far was shown. Splendid footage, 'Neff said.

The same could be said for Sub-Zero or any other character.

Not to mention, most of the staff have little control on the story. Either way, all character had a pretty sucky death, save for Nightwolf.

It shows an actual x-ray being done with Kabal, Shao Kahn's fatality being performed, and MK3 Sub-Zero WITH his mask on. So I guess we'll have some more MK3 costumes.

Apparently it plays just like the console version, and the touch controls seem like a lot of fun, but am I the only one who thinks it doesn't look as nearly as good as we were promised, graphics-wise?

Still looks like a very good port and I'd like to give it a try.

The graphics are toned down, but it couldn't run at 60fps if they weren't.

For a handheld, they look great though! And if you're holding it and playing it, you're probably not gonna notice the graphics that much. And plus, the gameplay that they are showing is really close to the camera so you have a bigger chance of noticing differences in the graphics. Unlike if you were actually playing it.
