skipped from page 5 my head hurts too damn much to read stupid bickering between trolls and members. anyway I like the way this is looking, it gives me the thought of how modern ninjas look in many of the ninja-esque games. also reminds me of andy bogard, who I think is cool. it's pretty cliché but I like the direction it's taking we have enough classic ninja looks.

too bad rains not in and with him being dlc I doubt he'll have much thought put into him might even lack an alt/retro costume. :/ not that I care considering they probably would've screwed him over in the story mode anyway.

Ed Boon really knows how to surprise the fans. That looks silly. They should have at least trimmed the sides making Smoke look like a tough, deadly assassin. Gray-haired guys have never been widely distributed in the video game history so I guess NRS wanted to add another character into that category. I wonder why didn't they give Smoke eyeglasses right away.

Ah well. I guess we will have to get used to that. There would have been just innumerable chances to make Smoke look tough. Although I like this iteration a lot more than the old welder/exhaust fumes/elemental Smoke. One can hope that the alternative costume will look more sensible. By the way, is Smoke's left eye blinded?

I really hope NRS release a full body shot soon so we can end all this crying.

We have got one already, it matches with the mugshot picture. Nonetheless, Smoke will probably look better in gameplay with all the (possible) smoke around and when we will get to see him in better quality.

i love it. bravo for actually making a palette swap ninja look unique. surely there will be a classic alt for those who just cannot play mk without ninjas that all look the same. his hair reminds me of a puff of smoke and i like the mask. cannot wait to see an actual screen of him.

That is rather likely and it will surely be cool to see him fight along his wingman Sub-Zero through the story mode. Gameplay is another big factor defining a character. Hopefully it will be brilliant.

Indeed, and judging by what they've done with EVERY other character we've seen so far, I think it's safe to assume that Smoke will play pretty well.
