Kung Lao has indeed been nerfed. Dunno bout the other two.

So the way they are nerfing is just damage reduction? Thats not going to solve a whole lot of problems.

So the way they are nerfing is just damage reduction? Thats not going to solve a whole lot of problems.
Damage reduction are not the only changes. For example, Liu Kang used to be able to connect Dragon Stance, 3 after an X-Ray. Now, the Dragon Stance 3 is not guaranteed, as it can be blocked or tech-rolled back causing a whiff. There may be other changes similar to this one for other characters--I just used this as an example.
*Edit* I got the Dragon Stance 3 to connect, my timing was just off a little bit. It is still guaranteed, but has been reduced by 3%. Sorry for any confusion.
In addition, changes to Cyrax will be introduced within a couple weeks, which will change his bomb trap to a 50/50, from what I've heard/read. I'll post a link tomorrow with additional info on Cyrax.
I'm not sure if they ever took care of Baraka's infinite, or Jax's crazy corner loop (which involves EX ground pound), but both are insanely difficult to pull off, so it's not too big of a deal. Liu Kang also has a funky thing where you can OTG your opponent after an X-Ray (for those not familiar, it's done by timing B+3,1,2 after an X-Ray, exactly when your opponent hits the ground--it resets damage scaling, but doesn't seem to affect gravity increases). I'm not sure if this will get corrected or not, but I think it should--I don't like things that feel broken in the game.
I need to test Sub-Zero's freeze cancel, but I think it's been changed so that if you dash cancel the Force Claws into another combo (when the opponent is not holding block), if you 2-In-1 cancel into another Ice Ball, it counts it as a second Ice Ball and unfreezes the opponent. I'll do some further testing tomorrow and confirm. They may also be changing this in the larger patch coming soon.
There are others being discussed, but as you can see, more than damage is being changed and/or discussed for changes.

Sorry all, I may have jumped the gun on Baraka's buff. It greatly increased his damage on several combos. Baraka can now pull mid 30% damage midscreen, has a launch setup off of a low, and has a pretty mean corner game.
Below are some combos from my practice session with Baraka 2.0:

Thanks for posting this man. Baraka being the low man on the tier list was my biggest disappointment with MK9 as he has been my favorite since MKII. I can't wait get into practice mode with him, then tear up some unsuspecting opponents online.

I'd love to see the reduction with Kunglao and special attention to balancing Liu Kang.
Shame, none of yous confirm any changes for Mileena. They really needed to buff her a little and make the ball roll of hers blockable only if you are blocking down not standing up, like subzeros sliding kick.
But I'm glad to see Barraka buffed, I don't really like using him, but I know he needed help to balance him out!
