Keep this design, and only change what he wears. Some people say he looks like a bird, which I think is ridiculous, but with his mask off I think he looks vicious and has a fantastic design. They need to fix up his story too, rather than him being the same boring character he's (along with many other) been for the past decade. At least make him the threatening, deadly character he was when he was first created.

@Remonster I agree, his story needs MAJOR IMPROVEMENTS!!! It's like he's a shadow of the other "ninjas." He needs a spotlight NOW. Idk, maybe he causes the rise of Onaga.

Revamp MKDA Reptile, it's my favorite.

I agree. A lot of people hate his MKDA look, but I favor it over any other look of his (my second favorite is MKSM/MKA). Reptile is a reptile, not a ninja bird in green scales.

I think that instead of a human turning into a reptile, this time he should be a reptile evolving into a human. Meaning in the later games, he becomes human again. Ahh, I'm stupid. Haha.

I like his MKDA look as well because it gave a new view into reptiles character and personality. I would also like to see him go down that road again, to where he goes so "primal" that he takes orders from no one and becomes a threat to all.

As for his design,I'm actually kinda torn on this one.

On one hand,I feel like devolution needs to become a thing with him,and I loved his MKDA design,so it'd be great to see that again. On the other hand,he already looks plenty reptilian in this one,plus I really love the idea about him at least trying to look human by wearing a disguise that he made out of some poor bastard's ripped off face.

I think MKDA Reptile is one of the worst character designs in MK history.

I'm not a fan of the attire he has on but I don't mind his physical appearance. I'd love to see Reptile's DA clothing return and fitted on the new Reptile.

They need consistency with Reptile's image. It keeps changing. They need to stick to one look. Either have him as a human ninja, a lizard with a tail, or a lizard with a beak. Just pick one and build on it.

Well, his MK9 design is better than MKDA's design

when did he start devolving? if its after mk 3 his look makes no sense cause he had a human disguise from mk1-3

MKDA Reptile is the best, he should return to that look and keep it.

I'm fine with the look he has now, although I'd like to see something akin to his Shaolin Monks look appear as an alt, or perhaps something with his still lizardy, not human) self in his old UMK3 clothing.

i think this is the best version of his many looks.

It gives the homage to the mk1-3 character, while making it make logical sense with him being reptilian.

I think they should keep the body design for future games, but change the attire he wears, that way you maintain consistency in his physical appearance, while altering the clothing...keeps him recognizable.

I mean, they do it anyways with most characters (sub, scorp, sonya etc.) I think the problem reptile has had is that no one has been ever truly happy with any particular look and that is why he has received a new look every game since mk3. Just my opinion.

I think if they find a design they like, we will begin to see consistency in his character. You can not create a decent story arc for a character that changes his look so drastically every game because no one is going to take him seriously. I also think, since this game is basically their way of starting MK fresh and all over again, we will see a lot more character development in future games. I mean, for the most part, once this game is done, all previous storylines and character arcs become moot, so the sky will be the limit.

honestly i dont think reptile even needs a mask anymore.

I did like the MK4 Reptile but MKV Reptile that looked like a lizard I hated it. He was also very slow and his combos were horrible. The Armageddon version like the one in Shaolin Monks was pretty decent too.

I would rather Reptile keeps this look. This new look is absolutely perfect
